Good vitamins
I started purchasing these vitamins because I wanted a soy-free, vegan, bio-active vitamin option. These vitamins do not disappoint. As with vitamins in general, you shouldn’t take them on an empty stomach. I did only once and got an upset stomach otherwise these vitamins do not make me feel sick. They are easy to take and do not taste weird. I think the dosage is too much, so I take only one pill rather than the recommended two-a-day dose. This multivitamin does not contain magnesium which is expected since it probably wouldn’t fit in this small tablet.

The benefits of an expensive vitamin at a drugstore price. This is my favorite multivitamin I’ve ever purchased. They are easy to swallow, easy on the stomach, and don’t leave a lingering taste after. There is a slight smell but to say it’s horrible or not worth buying the product over is very dramatic. I’m on metformin and I can tell you these are nothing in comparison. They remind me of the smell of Flinstone’s chewables. Lol.The major selling point is the bio available forms of supplements in this multi. It works really well for hair and nail growth as well as low iron and fatigue. I would recommend these to everyone.

There are a lot of reviews speaking about the taste and smell of these vitamins. I don’t know about you but I don’t really choose my vitamins based on the way they taste or smell. I buy based on the ingredients and effectiveness of the product. I’m not going to lie, these smell and taste awful but, they are made that way because the company chose to jam pack the pills with actual vitamins and minerals as opposed to fillers and I’m okay with that. I can deal with a minute or two of unpleasant taste and smell to be healthier, in the long run.I recently started on Keto and decided I needed to supplement with a multivitamin. I tried another brand specifically for keto that majorly upset my stomach. I have a tendency to be sensitive to vitamins and some medications. I was worried that this might do the same but, I have been taking the full dose for three days now with no ill effects.Tonight I got an email from the company with a guide to taking this supplement and answers to some FAQs which I thought was pretty awesome.Overall, for the price and quality of the product, so far, I feel like it can’t be beat. If you can get over the smell and taste, I definitely would recommend taking a shot on these!

You got to try these if you haven’t before
So I have been taking another multivitamin One A Day pill for women over 50 and never really felt like I got anything out of it. But I didn’t know I wasn’t getting anything out of it until I took this vitamin!My daughter had told me that the vitamins I was taking were not good for me because they were not methylated. So here I am with this first jar.Simply amazing! I can totally feel a difference. I feel energized. I’m awake during the day. It’s just a total different feeling and I love it!Now I will tell you that I am bipolar and I told my psychiatrist about these vitamins today and he told me to keep an eye on my mood in case I happen to go manic with these vitamins.If you’ve never tried methylated vitamins before, you should really give these a try. I take two in the morning simply because I would be taking the second one at night before I go to bed and that’s uneventful for me. So I take two around 10:00 in the morning.The vitamins are very easy to swallow. They don’t have any strange smell!

Vitamin thats worth the price
My body cant use the regular vitamin. The pill is easy to swallow and does not upset my stomach. This vitamin has a lot of other vitamins so is is good for your health and body. This pill also have iron that I really need. This bottle is cheaper than many other vitamins that is the same.

Gave me almost instant headache.
I really wish I could take these, but after two days was wrecked with a headache that rizatriptan and Dramamine couldn’t touch, and I was taking only one per day.I feel like with that quick of a reaction to them, they were getting absorbed quickly and broken down.Other than that, I can’t really speak to anything else because I’m not going to be in a constant headache because of a vitamin.

C’est un produit qui réunit pratiquement toutes les vitamines et minéraux que l’on peut trouver dans les compléments alimentaires mêmes celles que l’on n’intègre pas souvent comme la vitamine K2 et D3. Il n’existe pas beaucoup de “cocktails” multivitamines complet ou elles sont présentes.C’est pour cela que j’ai choisi ce produit et je n’ai pas été déçu .En respectant les instructions de prise, on ressent vraiment une différence après quelques jours d’utilisation. Bien sûr dans un premier temps on ne ressent que les bienfaits du à la vitamine C et à une ou deux autres vitamines . Mais les bienfaits sont là, on ressent vite un reguin de vitalité au niveau physique et mental par la suite.De plus le récipient est en plastique assez rigide et peut donc être transporté dans n’importe quel sac de sport ou sacoche de travail . Le seul défaut qui n’en ai pas vraiment un, est le bruit des comprimés qui tapent contre le récipient lorsque vous le secouez. Le son n’est pas désagréable et dans mon cas c’est plutot un avantage je peux savoir vite si je ne l’ai pas oublié en secouant tout simplement .

L’ho ricomprato perchè sicuramente come contenuto di minerali è il migliore che ho trovato su amazon. Non molti sanno leggere le etichette a quanto pare. Altrimenti saprebbero che la forma di B12 meticolbalamina di questo integratore è molto meglio della cianocobalamina, in genere tossica e presente negli integratori comuni, per giunta in quantità esagerata (che predispone al cancro al polmone). Per non parlare del metilfolato rispetto all’acido folico che, per essere utilizzato dal corpo in forma di folato, deve passare attraverso numerose reazioni, mentre i folati sono subito metabolizzati nel piccolo intestino. Oltre a non essere immediatamente disponibile per l’utilizzo, l’acido folico può diventare pericoloso quando si accumula: diversi studi l’hanno associato ad un aumentato rischio di cancro al colon.Quantità ottima pure di selenio rispetto ai soliti integratori.E poi il mio preferito: il glicinato di zinco invece dei soliti ossido, gluconato o citrato che sono meno biodisponibili e che danno terribile nausea.Se pensate che tutti i minerali e vitamine siano uguali, purtroppo non è così e la qualità in base alla loro forma è molto diversa.Inutile andare sul risparmio e acquistare prodotti inefficaci e dannosi, altrimenti non si ha alcun beneficio dall’integrazione.Io direi che questo prodotto vale il suo prezzo e anche di più, in quanto costerebbe altrettanto una sola di queste forme metilate nella stessa quantità. Peccato solo per l’assenza del Magnesio, ma credo che un quantitativo adeguato comporterebbe dei pasticconi non deglutibili.
