A quality toy that teaches!
This is a super tool to get preschoolers interested in letter recognition. They can also use it to practice tracing letters so they learn how to form each letter correctly. Children will all become interested at different ages based on their development. I say that based on my experience of teaching kindergarten. My grandson who is almost 4 years old is interested in the letters that make up his name and finds joy finding them and tracing them on the board.It’s a sturdy tool and can take a beating! It’s a great toy to bring in the car or to a doctor’s office. I see this toy as one that he will use and enjoy for about four more years or more!

Great learning tool
This is a great tool for children learning to write. Well-made! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wish there was an option to more quickly “remove” the tiny balls that have are pressed down already when my child wants to practice again. It would be great if there was a button for that. You have to press down your hand back and forth over all the letters to get the balls to go back to their starting position.

Nice writing tool
Bought these for my autistic 4 year old who struggles with dysgraphia as a tool to help her self correct during times of unsupervised use. Quality is nice- I do wish the string was a stretchy material because it drapes across the board, causing frustration. Would be nicer if it was attached to the bottom or right hand side.

Trying to teach my daughter how to write lowercase letters because she likes to write in all caps. It’s a little hard to glide the magnet pen along the letters but it allows her to focus on slowing working on her letters.

I got the alphabet one and I’d like to get the number one as well. I have two sons, one is 10, the other is almost 4. My older son has such a good time teaching the younger one how to play with this toy. They have a fun time writing the letters out together and then racing to see who can pop more of the balls back down. The magnet pen is surprisingly strong and I can really appreciate the design. The shape of the pen is great because it’s not smoothly round so it creates a better grip for learning little hands!
