Fancy & Fabulous Flavor
As someone navigating an exciting montage of menopause symptoms, I was curious to try this. Disclaimer: they recommend using this for 3 months & I can’t speak to any long-term changes (not something I can afford) but I can confirm the taste is delicious (when it’s in the right drink). IMO it’s best in a smoothie or frothed into hot cocoa.First impression when opening: it smells wonderful (creamy vanilla & coconut). I love that it comes with a scoop to measure each serving. Unfortunately, the zipper in my bag never worked, so I kept it in a ziploc bag. The powder also doesn’t dissolve completely (leaves a powdery residue) unless you use a blender or frother.Although the flavor is great in smoothies, hot cocoa & oatmeal, it didn’t seem right in coffee or tea (as suggested). I could see this being a good investment for some, but it would need to be significantly discounted to be worth it for me personally.

I am a huge fan of adaptogenic herbs. The health benefits of them are so wonderful for me, as they help the body naturally adapt to stress. This powder tastes good, is easy to swallow and has clean ingredients. The Ladywell brand is re ally top notch. Overall, this is a great addition to my morning routine.

Great Benefits
I added this powder to my morning drink. The texture is nicely fine with no clumping if you put it in a blender. I like the fact that it comes with a scooper so no having to get a measuring spoon and the fact that it is Made in the USA. I will continue to see how it affects me

Reduces Cravings Increases Energy
I’m really happy with this product. It includes almost all of the supplements my naturopath had recommended, which makes it so much easier to take everything in one scoop. I also like that it’s made in the US, which gives me extra confidence in the quality.As a long-distance runner, I’ve been struggling with low energy and constant food cravings, but after several weeks of using this, I feel a big difference. Best in a smoothie
When choosing a supplement, I have a few non-negotiable requirements. It must be made in the USA, manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, and tested by a third-party lab. This Ladywell Daily Hormone Balance Adaptogenic Drink Mix meets all of my requirements. I am well into perimenopause, so this product is relevant to my current stage of life. I recognize many of the ingredients in the proprietary blend to be supplements I have taken for my perimenopausal symptoms. I have found that it is best to mix the powder in a smoothie for best results, instead of water or coffee. The sweet vanilla bean flavor blends nicely with the rest of the ingredients to create a tasty breakfast. Many of the ingredients in the blend are organic, which I really appreciate. The drink mix is Vegan and free of GMOs, soy, dairy, gluten, caffeine, PFAs, fillers, and artificial flavors. Please note that it contains coconut milk powder, which may be a problem for those with tree nut allergies. Each bag will last 30 days at the suggested daily serving size of one scoop. At the current price of $47.99, the cost per serving is $1.60. That is a fairly typical price for products of this kind, so I would say it is a good value. The expiration date is 8 months in the future, allowing plenty of time to use the drink mix before it expires.
One random opinion –
Just couldn’t get past the taste
I’ve had this powder for almost a month now and I’ve only taken it four times. That is a sign that I really just don’t like it. I think the number one suggestion is to add this to coffee which I don’t drink. The other suggestions I believe are all hot drinks so that the powered will dissolve better. I’ve tried it in green tea and I couldn’t even finish that one. I’ve had it in hot cocoa twice and though I did finish those, it wasn’t incredibly pleasant. Finally the fourth time, I added it to banana nut oatmeal with added cinnamon and pumpkin spice. This was the easiest to take as the artificial vanilla sweetness was masked the most.The powder came well sealed and this formulation seems very thoughtfully put together. It is made in the USA and third party tested. I’ve been looking for a product to help with hormone balance but it can’t work if you don’t take it. I think this company makes the same formulation in pill form so I might try that one instead.
