Better than expected !
Very pleased with rug. I was expecting a much thinner, much cheaper quality rug just based on the price and the fact that it’s machine washable. I was very impressed with the quality. It’s thinner than normal rugs, but not overly thin to where it’s like a blanket on the floor. Feels sturdy, the corners and edges don’t come up, it hasn’t slid, and I have no problem vacuuming it. The real test for me is what it will look and feel like after its first wash. I’m worried the colors may bleed. I will update my review then.

Loving My Buggy Rug
I am absolutely over the moon with this rug. I bought it to do a bedroom for my grandchildren to stay in when they sleep over. What kid does not love bugs? Waiting now on the the daybed and they’ll have the most interesting room that is NOT so juvenile that other adult guests will not enjoy it.

Everything you need to know to decide to buy
I debated, read bad and good reviews and bought it. I’m glad I did! I’m reviewing it to help you decide if it’s right for you.1) Color and print. Color on Amazon photos IS accurate – my photo color isn’t exactly true. Actual color is gorgeous! This design feels contemporary and fresh, but the colors and variation of print has a retro, worn appeal. Printed bug images are not too bright, subtle and perfect. Orange is rusty, yellow is soft ochre. Fell in love with the look and vibe. Friends were wowed by it.2) Fold lines. Rug arrives folded, fold lines show. I laid it out, used a smooth board to push out wrinkles from center to ends, from center to sides, then top to bottom. Let it rest over night. Looked nice and flat with two lengthwise folds showing. Next day I laid in on swept driveway in the sun to get really warm, then brought it in, carefully smoothed, flattened it from center outward and laid boards (you could use cardboard strips) over the two fold lines and the two long edges, weighing down the boards with an assortment of dumbells, stones and heavy house plants. Fold lines still show a little but don’t bother me. Might bother you though!3) Texture, thickness, grip. Rug has a nice grip! Stays in place! Very flat to the ground, I like that. Super minimal trip hazard and nice look. NOT a thick rug though. Feels very soft and fleecy on bare skin/feet. Lovely texture, but no padding. Just soft feel.4) White underlayer other reviews mention. NOT an issue with this color. It’s kind of there but only as a slightly more pale color when you rub in different directions, the way fleece can show lighter and darker. To me it’s a plus because it softens the look creating a slightly distressed look that seems elevated. I think it looks way more expensive than it was! It cleans easily, can be swept or shaken out. Cat threw up on it, you’d never know!5) Bottom line. This rug is not expensive. It looks and feels great for a budget addition to the room. So what do you want for your budget? If you want to pay $62 for a cool rug that elevates the room buy it! If you want a perfect rug that is thick and padded and arrives rolled up with no fold lines to deal with you won’t find it for that price. If your budget is in the hundreds for a rug this size you will have lots of options with other companies.

It looks as great as the picture and it’s soft. The only downside is you cannot use all vacuums on them. My regular stick vac stops working on it, but the one with a little less suction works fine.

Cute, soft, easy to clean
This rug is so cute. It is super soft and didn’t have any odor to it from the packaging or anything. We did accidentally spill something on it on the first day and the liquid mostly stayed on top of the rug. The rug itself didn’t soak up much and it did not stain. It was easy to clean up. Colors and everything are as expected. The fibers don’t shed.The rug is a little thinner than my other rugs. It doesn’t provide much cushion. I bought it mostly for the aesthetic though, so it is perfect. I got the 8×10 and it arrived on time

I got the 9×12 and by far, I LOVE it, it’s actually surprisingly good quality, no smell, soft and I actually can vacuum it, I did lay it over my other existing rug since it is quite thin.

Great design, poor functionality
Bought and in use for the past six months, I chose this rug because it was whimsical and the price was right. The colors are bright and design is crisp, however the fabric which is listed as faux wool does not keep its shape. It bunches up when walked on and does not lay flat- especially the edges (see photo).I have washed it in cool water several times and hang it outside to dry. I tried using a warm dryer to see if the edges would lie flat, but that did not work.I will not buy more rugs from Lahome. I do not like the faux wool fabric.

I came so close to not ordering this rug when reading the reviews because I feel like I am fairly picky. I have zero regrets! For the price, it is more than lovely. The photo I am sharing is within 15 minutes of taking it out of its package. The camera picks up the fold lines more than real life. There is no funny smell or a loose stitching. The colours are absolutely beautiful. It is so soft, but definitely still a rug. I was thinking I was going to have to put an under pad underneath, but I do not. It is thick enough. Although it gripped to the floor no problem, I did put some carpet tape to secure it.

Amazing beautiful rug! Very soft and feels amazing under my feet. I put it under my home office/desk area and it makes me want to sit down and work all day. Perfect for people who are sensitive to textures on their skin. I was debating whether to get it or not because the colour looks more cool teal than warm green in the photos, but it’s actually quite a warm tone in person, because all the other colours on the rug are very warm: dark orange, dark yellow, dark beige, etc. Makes a statement but doesn’t stand out too much. Size is accurate. Anti-slid backing works, it doesn’t move around unless you’re rolling a cart/chair on it. Overall, amazing purchase, I recommend this product!

So beautiful and incredibly soft. Definitely centrepiece of the room. I don’t like that you can noticably see changes in colour when fabric is brushed in different direction. Haven’t washed it yet to see how it holds up.

An excellent rug for the price. We ordered the 6×9 and it is perfect in our reading nook. The rug colours are rich and deep with beautiful warm tones. It is very thin, yet crazy soft. It feels, and is printed, very much like those customizable baby/children’s blankets, except it has a rug backing. It is also a little slippery, like a blanket. I would not want it in a room where children are running. Because it is printed, when ironing (yes, I ironed out the folds!), or vacuuming, one direction makes the print clear and the other direction looks white. You have to be careful when steaming/ironing it flat not to press hard in the wrong direction or it is tricky to get the mark out 100%. However, nobody except the person ironing would know- it’s not that noticeable. Very, very happy with the quality and softness for the price. Will probably shop from this brand again.
