10mo learned straw usage in 2 sittings!
My 10-month-old learned to use a straw after two sittings.At dinner, 2 days in a row, I gently squeezed the bottle while the straw was in her mouth. She quickly began to understand that she had to suck the water up. After a few more times, she learned to suck the water and swallow at the same time. This is a GREAT tool to use to learn straw usage.My mother-in-law is a speech pathologist who sometimes sees children whose use of sippy cups (the non-spill kind) has caused speech issues. She said they used to use old honey bear bottles to help children with speech issues. This isn’t just a gimmick!It’s transparent enough to see how much water was drunk (in ounces).I won’t give it to my daughter to use on her own until she is older, though, because if you squeeze it, water sprays out. I purchased it as a learning tool so that I can give her straw sippy cups.10/10 recommend

Great training cup!
Loved that this cup was so easy for my son to pick up and he immediately learned how to drink from the straw. I also liked that it’s semi transparent and has oz measurements so I can monitor how much water he is drinking per meal. But it is definitely not leak proof as the smallest squeeze of the bear has water coming out and it’s hard to clean. The provided brush is pretty useless to be honest and was surprised it didn’t come with anything to clean the narrow straws. Luckily I’m a clean freak so I have a stash of detail bottle bushes otherwise it’d be a bit frustrating. But otherwise it’s great quality and perfect for my 9 month old!

My baby learned quickly
I’d seen this cup on social media so I decided to try it to teach my baby how to drink from a straw. She was starting to eat solids and I really wanted to skip the sippy cup stage so we wouldn’t have to worry about teeth and bite damage later on. This cup made it super easy to teach her and she caught on really quick. It’s really easy to use. The size is good for holding enough water to help her learn, and it’s also a bit see through so that helps to know when it’s empty. It’s super cute and fun looking as well. My only complaint is because of the bear shape it’s a little harder to clean. But if all you’re using is water then it’s not too bad. Got the job done!

Hard to clean, awesome for learning and development
TOUGH to clean without a dishwasher! Was a fantastic purchase until the dishwasher broke! So tough to get into all the nooks and crannies even though it was just used for water, I still found mold spots on the bottom 😢 the top hole is too small for the average bottle brush so made it a little tough. Love that they’re 100% silicone! The ease of drinking was awesome for my baby learning how straws work (though she soon figured out how to use it as a fountain). Wonderful cup, do not recommend if you do not have a dishwasher to help you clean.
