Nice stylish modern bookcase
We purchased the 10 cube bookcase and it was very easy to assemble. We were going to pay someone to assemble it, but when we took it out of the box, we realized it really wasn’t that difficult to do. It fits all sizes of books and looks very nice we have some heavy books on the shelves and it seems to hold them fine.

Decent Quality with some Complaints
This shelf unit is nice! It’s particle board but with a pretty finish and some weight to most pieces. Assembly wasn’t awful but there were definitely parts of the instrument that were vague or confusing. For instance there was one step toward the end that I have no idea the purpose of so I skipped it lol. All the parts were there and even some extras. The legs are PLASTIC which was pretty disappointing. Not very sturdy, had a tendency to tip. This was remedied but the wall attachment kit, however there was no way to install it discreetly – it’s pretty obvious and unsightly. Shipping was good, even though the box was damaged a good bit the pieces inside were in perfect condition. Good size and fits a lot. Definitely can be used for books or knick knacks.

Looks pretty nice and elegant after assembly. Assembly though takes a bit long time. While the bookshelf looks decent, there is an option to make it sturdy to the wall though I didn’t want to make additional holes in the wall and as a result, it is a bit wobbly. Other than that, it is pretty spacious and looks good.

Good for the price
This bookshelf is really nice for the price. I have it set up, took a couple of hours on and off to put together myself. The instructions could be a little bit better, at first I missed that the interior boards had to be screwed in a certain direction for the back board to slide into them correctly and had to redo it, but once I figured it out it was relatively easy to put together. I’ve got a decent bit of books on it and it’s holding up really well. If you’re going to put heavy things on it I would recommend attaching it to a wall for anchoring. Other than that it looks amazing in my space.

Listed as wood:Actually veneered particle board (not plywood)Feet say wood grain like they’re stained blackHollow black plastic not sturdy and inadequate weight supportStripes (3) going across the back panel of thin veneered particle board panels (4) are weird cheap brown plastic strips holding then together?!If you try to leave them out because they offend you aesthetically you then have 1/2 cm gap.Screws are black and don’t have any coverage or plugs. Pretty sure real wood plugs would never match this plastic veneer with strange black wood grain.Unfortunately this thing was too heavy after delivered to take it back for a return.This false advertising POS won’t make it through one move. It’s literally disposable furniture and that’s not what I was expecting.

Looks great, the coating seems like it won’t scuff easy. Might be wobbly on carpet. Easy to put together but the little Allen wrench was puny and hurt my hands by the end. Came with a phillips screwdriver which was great. I already used it on other things around the house.

This is a nice, attractive shelf and was very easy to assemble, given the number of parts involved. It took me around 90 minutes of moderately intensive effort but it was always very straightforward to move from one step to the next. I recommend using a screwdriver (electric or ratchet screwdriver would be best) rather than try to do it all with the supplied Allen key though. There are a lot of screws. I didn’t need to undo a single thing along the way; the instructions were clear. When you’re putting the little tabs in at the very end (to hold the back in place) just be sure to fit the long lip of the tab into the slot so that the tab does its job properly.
