Witch Hazel postpartum care spray provides cooling pain relief for postpartum recovery. The witch hazel tannins help to reduce swelling and fight off bacteria resulting in decreased pain. Do your perineum a favor and apply Mama & Wish’s Witch Hazel Foam as needed.

Instructions

With the plastic wrapper unopened, fold the product in half until the inner bubble ruptures. Shake the unopened pack for 10-15 seconds or until the contents are well mixed. Remove pad from the bag.Remove paper strip to reveal adhesive tape. Place the perineal ice pack in underwear with the adhesive strip facing down. Experience cooling relief. Cooling use is recommended in 20 minute intervals 4-6 times per day or as needed.
