I got this to help with back pain. It is easy to use, very adjustable because of the Velcro closure and the double fabric design helps with compression. It is helping with my back especially when I’m on my feet all day or lifting heavy things. I would recommend.

Uncomfortable, poking boning: Just bearable.
It is very rough on the outside, almost plain scratchy. The spine or boning is strong but its vertical length (top and bottom) exceeds the band fabric and it pokes. No way to get comfortable for long.

I bought this for bloating( no baby) Minutes after putting it on I burped and went to the bathroom. I think it’s going to help bloating a lot.

This is the most comfortable waste band yet. I can wear it all day. The Velcro can make the material fray some but considering the price you pay for it you get your moneys worth. Highly recommend if your looking for something not too demanding after birth but also comfortable, does the job.
