It’s worth the money!
Excellent product. It worked from the first use. However, I’m going to include this in my vitamin supplement regimen.

Worth the cost
Works well. Definitely keeps down bloated and aids digestive system. I used it after a huge round of post surgery antibiotics and never had any issues with digestion, UTIs, or yeast. More expensive than some products but my doctor gives this to her family so I figured it was a great choice.

It has been almost two weeks, and I’ve noticed a significant change in my Vaginal health and bloating. I have not been craving any sweets whatsoever and have not been feeling bloated. However, I have not noticed a difference in my mental health. I’m unsure about the impact of stress, although it doesn’t diminish its quality when I observe the changes. The value is worth it. I’m between the ages of 20 and 30. Therefore, I recommend these if you are looking for a well-rounded prebiotic with a positive impact on your overall well-being.

It did nothing to me but give me gas. I was hoping it will help regulate my bowel movement or have a regular digestion. Like any other probiotuc. I also found this expensive. I hope ut did something
