Must have for ALL momma’s!
Love this product! Amazing for both heat and ice, when needed. Love being able to add them when I am pumping, they attach perfectly. I am on my first child, and honestly wasn’t even sure if I could breastfeed since none of the women in my family could…but I was determined during my pregnancy and when he came out, I was amazed that I could. He’s 2 months old now. And i was having some some knots in leftie, well conventional ice/heat packs don’t actually work. And they’re awkwardly shaped. I ordered these because of the fantastic reviews and the fact that they are specifically shaped for my needs.Immediately, once I opened them and heated them up, I found time to pump and it was infinitely easier and comfier for me, and guess what the baby noticed too, he filled up his little tummy because my supply had come back. Within a day. It was awesome. Now just make sure you read the instructions ladies! Because I got all excited 2 days later and put them in the microwave for too long and blew them up. Well it wasn’t the end of the world, honestly the microwave needed cleaning, just gave me an excuse. Anyways, the manufacturer Samantha very, very generously sent me a new set out of the goodness of her heart. She has been the most encouraging person, and truly wants you to succeed in your breastfeeding journey. Seriously an amazing woman. So if you do happen to have any problems, don’t call defeat, contact her, she’s always there if you need her. Hopefully you all find this super helpful. Honestly praise glory b for this product, and will be recommending to all my friends.

Mine exploded on the second use…. however great customer service
I ordered these late so I did not have them for the first few weeks of breast feeding; however, I kept them around because I thought they could be helpful down the road. The first time I used them they worked great. The second time they exploded in my microwave đ I could have really used the heat at that moment with a blocked milk duct and the explosion left me with little beads to clean up all over my microwave. My thought is the beads would maybe be better sewn into a fabric cover. The plastic on mine exploded. Unfortunately, I am outside the return period by a few days…. Great idea in theory… this one however was a waste of time and money for me…. updated review to 4 stars as customer service addressed my issue outside of return window…

First of all, customer service on this product is fantastic!! I received these while I was still pregnant and one of the blue covers wouldn’t snap (and me being overly prepared for delivery, wanted to take them to the hospital) so I emailed them and got a response very quickly. I didn’t have to say much and she said a new set was being shipped pronto and it was! But not only that… she sent me 2 more of the blue covers (not just 1) AND a set of “milk savers” that turned out to be the best thing ever!!! I wore them and caught my letdown in them instead of wasting so many VERY CRUCIAL ounces a day!! I was greatly satisfied and appreciative!! Back to the product… these nursing pads have been wonderful as well. They are great for warmth and help with pumping (I noticed I got more using these) and they have been great cooled for soreness. Not to mention they can be used for ice packs later! The only thing I have to say about it is, if I remember correctly, I had to microwave them longer than it said but I did it in like 5 sec. increments to make sure I didn’t bust them and they’re still working great!

Trash product, DO NOT BUY!!
After following the instructions on warming these up in the microwave my wife and I heard 2 loud pops…that was the inner sleeve bursting and these gel balls going all over our microwave. This product is horrible, unreliable and straightforward garbage. Do not buy this.

Every Breastfeeding Mom must try these!
I can definitely tell the difference in having them or not.I used them warmed 5 minutes before nursing and I loved that helps my milk flow, also it was a huge time saver speeding up the pumping process.They are wonderful too as a cold therapy, if you have pain or need a little relief before or after a feed. I had a clogged duct and was able to get some comfort to be able to still breastfeed.They come with a fabric cover so that the cold/heat isn’t too intense being directly on your skin.I like that the instructions come printed in the gel pads (in case you forget how to use them), so I don’t have to look for the box!This product is worth every penny! I will recommend it to every Mom.

Need to come in sizes!!! INCREDIBLY SMALL
Incredibly disappointed, I was so excited when I found these, as normal hot/cold are awkward and hard to hold while pumping. These are INCREDIBLY SMALL, I’m guessing no larger than a B cup. When snapped cover no more than the first couple of inches of my breast. Brilliant idea but I wish these came in sizes!!!
