Accidentally tested and verified.
I started taking this as a replacement for a different, more expensive inositol supplement. Surprisingly, I noticed better results with this product than I’d had with the other one.I made the mistake of running out once and didn’t think it was a big deal. That blase attitude lasted almost 5 days before I realized that all of my mood symptoms could be easily traced back to the day after I stopped taking these. I haven’t repeated that error since.Needless to say, I find this particular brand to be worth the money. I’m very happy with them.

Pills are a bit large but not only have they helped regulate my cycle, but stabilize my mood too. I have tried other brands, this one by far works the best and is the best value!

I recently tried a Myo-inositol & D-chiro Inositol supplement and was impressed with the results. This “dynamic duo” has been beneficial for me, although individual responses can vary.

I only took this product for about a week. It made me on edge, everything irritated me, I was snappy and confrontational. It felt like everything was stressing me out. So I stopped taking it. It just wasn’t a good fit for my body and my system.It doesn’t mean the product isn’t good, it just wasn’t a good fit for me.

Got this for my gf to try
My gf has really bad cycles and she always has had issues and wanted to give this a try. She said it seems to have some help but not really anything major has changed, she still has major cramps and feels her insides ripping to hell still. It’s great idea but I don’t think think it works all that well.
