Strong scents in bottle, not as much in tub
These are nice bath salts. They all have a strong aroma in the bottle. I like the scents, although 2 I probably wouldn’t have chosen. The tubes are full to the brim. I think you could give this set as a gift, or put the tubes individually in as stocking stuffers. The price at this time seems a bit high to me for 6 tubes.EDIT: After having tried one in the bath, I’m revising my review a bit. The scent is very faint once it’s been added to the water. The salts and herbs themselves still have a strong scent if you bring them to your nose, but the overall bath has only a very faint scent if any at all. Also, although the salts melt, the herbs do not, and are left all over your body and the tub, needed an extra rinse after.

This handmade bath salt set has a lot going for it. Let’s get the one negative out of the way first. If you fill a tub full for a deep soak, the fragrance and salting effect of these vials gets lost.What works for me is to pour a small amount into a couple of flat candle dishes and place the little mounds on the edge of the tub. Use a full cup of less-lux Epsom salt in the bath water and enjoy a skin softening, relaxing soak. At the end, sprinkle these salts on a wash cloth and gently rub on your skin to release the lovely oils and do a little exfoliation at the same time. Used this way the scent lingers on your softened skin.Beyond the dilution issue, this set — or the individual tubes — make a lovely gift to give or receive. You can see the real flowers and herbs blended in each tube. The labels are gorgeous as is the packaging. Delicate pale yellow packing paper surround the salt tubes. There’s a nice card reminding you that these salts are hand-blended in small batches. The scents are varied and rich when you put your nose right up to an open tube. The Cardboard box that they come in kind of unlatches on one side to make opening a special gifting experience. The salt blends are pretty, especially then one with tiny lavender petals.If you want to let someone (or yourself) feel loved, appreciated and special, try these salts. They ooze “handmade with care.” I recommend them.

If the last few years have taught us anything, it’s that self-care is important. Whether you’re spoiling yourself or buying this as a gift for a friend, this beautiful handmade set is the perfect choice.There are 6 tubes of bath salts, each with their own scent combination, and they come packaged in a box filled with shredded paper to help cushion it against breakage during shipping. The scent combinations are made with essential oils and include:* Himalayan Pink Salt + Rose and Geranium* Himalayan Pink Salt + Lava Black Salt* Himalayan Pink Salt + Jasmine & Lavender flowers* Coarse Sea Salt + Safflower & Heather flowers* Himalayan Pink Salt + Lavender Essential Oil* Coarse Sea Salt + Clary Sage & Bergamot OilSo far I’ve only used the Himalayan Pink Salt + Lavender Essential Oil but I love the scent and I’m looking forward to the rest of them. They are quite strongly scented (essential oils tend to be intense) so I used only half the tube and regular Epsom salts for a nice relaxing soak. I think it would still smell nice (more subtle, maybe) if I used only 1/3 of the tube so I might try that out with the next one but you should experiment to see what works for you.

Beautiful set of six different bath salts
We like to give our houseguests a sort of spa experience. So, I ordered this set of six tubes if scented bath salts. I put a couple out on the bamboo tray we have across our bathtub. I recommend one-half a tube of salts for each bath. The scents will quickly dilute in a bathtub though. Alternatively, get some inexpensive epsom salts. Put them in a nice container with a scoop. Put a couple scoops in the tub for your bath and then use the salts on a washcloth at the end of the bath to fully appreciate the fragrance.These salts are apparently hand-crafted in small batches. The packaging is quite nice and this set would make a great gift as well.Please note, you get to experience a bonus cleaning of the tub when you are done using these. Bits of flowers petals and plants are left behind. You will need to rinse/wipe them out. I encourage you to do this right away because if you leave this task until the tub is bone dry, your task is now a lot more difficult. Ask me how I know that.
