I can see the difference!
I can see the difference! I started taking these vitamins to just have a good quality women’s multivitamin. I didn’t realize they also have biotin in them, but I started seeing some hairy growth as well as an improvement in my fingernails. They also taste great. Highly recommended.

Tastes like garbage!
I thought I’d had these before, turns out I use the regular “For Her”, not the 50+ version. I’m not sure what vitamin or supplement they add to this one that makes it inedible. As soon as I opened the bottle, my husband exclaimed “WHAT’S THAT SMELL?!”. I went ahead and popped one (you’re supposed to eat 3!), and had to choke it down. The immediate taste is foot, or like an old shoe, then it ends with a fishy aftertaste that lingers. I had to brush my teeth because it would not go away. I don’t know if this is a bad batch, they weren’t expired, but there’s no way this passed with human taste-testing. Right in the garbage!
