They are excellent, it is the second boat that I ask my dad to take them and they have helped him a lot to the pain of wear and tear on his shoulders, and I have strengthened my hair growth. Because it has five types of collagens and ingredients that are good for your system.

I haven’t used other collagen formulas to compare so can’t say about this specifically, but I think I see a difference in how this is affecting my “body chemistry”. I play several string instruments and need to keep my nails in good shape, as well as for carpentry projects where a split fingernail or finger can be painful and cause infection. I see a noticeable difference in the rate of fingernail regrowth, and my skin/hair seems to be getting a boost. Some might argue that sufficient diet a is all that’s necessary for collagen, but the scarcity of collagen in a typical North American diet (mine) caused me to try this out. Based on what I am experiencing so far, I will probably continue to order more. 4 stars as I am still a tiny bit skeptical about most products like this but this is one supplement I seem to notice a definite difference. I will revise my review if I notice I am growing an extra toe in a month or so-or if the hair growing out of my ears becomes completely unmanageable!

It works for me!
I don’t usually write reviews. I’ve been taking this collagen supplement for 6 months. It has made my hair grow and look thicker and healthier. I have noticed my nails aren’t as easy to break. The reason though for this review is that is helps with joint pain. I ran out of the supplement and have noticed a considerable change in my hands being stiff in the mornings. I haven’t noticed that being an issue while on the supplement. I think that’s the main difference. I am ordering again today!

Joint relief, would recommend and buy again
this product is very good for people with joint issues. Im over 50 and have done hard labor jobs off and on my whole life. My joints were sore to the point of not being able to move around well. Between stretching and using this product the pain has receeded almost completely. It takes about a month to start kicking in. would recommend and buy again and again. easy to swallow , none sticky, can take with other vitamins with no issues. Taste and Smell ….its collagen. not the best smell. Can not taste in pill form. 3 a day is the recommended dose.

Some of the Side Effects of Taking Collagen Supplements (Including the ones I experienced)
I have been taking this product since early March 2025 for joint support. I had also started exercising regularly a few weeks earlier and eating a lot healthier, to reduce my weight and have overall better health. In late March, I noticed a small rash on my inner thigh (it fit under a 2×3 band aid). My doctor couldn’t identify it but, because I’ve had relative who have had Shingles, she said it might be that. I was preventatively prescribed an antibiotic and a topical steroid treatment. They took away the uncomfortable symptoms but the rash remains. I noticed that I also developed very mild acne and brittle finger and toe nails. The acne went away but the brittle nails persist. Because I’d made three changes at about the same time (exercise, diet and collagen supplement), I attributed these issues to my body adjusting, expecting them to resolve over time. I did notice, however, my joints felt better. I recently spoke with my sister and she told me she had tried to take different collagen supplements but they all caused her to have rashes on her inner thighs so she stopped taking them. A lightbulb went off in my head and I looked up the possible side effects of taking collagen supplements. I found listed among them not only the side effects I experienced but those of many other people who provided comments here. I’m sharing the side affects I found on the web, for your awareness and to help in your decision-making about this and other brands. This list is not exhaustive; there may be other side effects.What causes collagen side effects?Collagen intake has its benefits, but some people may exhibit side effects due to various factors, including collagen intolerance and improper collagen dosage. May be due to collagen sensitivity, chemical additives in collagen supplements, and contaminated natural collagen sources.Liver: Liver fibrosis from excessive accumulation of type I collagen in the liver tissue. I’m in my fifties and I started getting mild pain when climbing the stairs. A friend told me to take collagen type II so when I saw this product with collagen type II, I thought I will give it a go. After taking it for a week I found out my joints pain is getting better. I will continue taking this product and hopefully can see more positive results. Thank you.
