Best sleep ever !
These gummy’s actually work. At times I have trouble sleeping at night with high levels of energy so I needed something that will relax me and knock me out. I take two of these and within 30 minutes I’m sound asleep. But it’s not just putting you to sleep. It’s literally giving you a restful sleep. When I wake up after I took in these gummy’s, I feel way less tired in the mornings. Do note though. If you use these every day, your body will get used to them and it won’t Work as well anymore. They’re definitely not meant to be used every day but rather for those days that you really can’t sleep.

THESE WORK LIKE A CHARM!
These work like a charm! When I take these, my sleep app even tells me that I got more deep sleep and more REM sleep than when I don’t take them. I don’t have mini wake-ups with these. I don’t take these every single night, but I do take them if I didn’t get a good night’s sleep the evening prior. Two thumbs up from me!

Better than anything else this insomniac has used
I have bad insomnia that comes and goes and have for 30+ years. Sometimes no matter what time I go to bed or how tired I am I just will not fall asleep and nothing seems to help. Magnesium, Benadryl, loading up on melatonin, working out, meditation. I will be awake nearly all night. Sometimes I’ll fall asleep and then wake up a couple hours later and not be able to sleep anymore. Too many times I’ve gone to work at 6:30am on 1-2 hours of sleep despite going to bed at 8pm. Even on my best nights I typically wake up every hour or two so my sleep is never deep for very long.Enter these gummies. I was super skeptical because I’ve tried everything but these actually work for me. In fact a whole gummy is too much for me (leaves me drowsy the next day). Half of one of these 15-30 minutes before bed helps me fall asleep and STAY asleep. I wanted to happy cry the first morning after taking these because I slept so hard and sound and only woke up once to use the bathroom. For me these have been a life saver.I wish they were cheaper but they’re worth it for me. They taste ok, and they seem to work best for me if I chew them for a minute or so before swallowing.

Works well to bring on sleepiness. Some of the melatonin products from other brands don’t seem to work, makes me wonder if they really have melatonin in them. Expensive when taking regularly as have to take 2 to get a dose. Tastes good though, gummy format.
