Hello everyone. I have found that this product has worked 100% for me. The first few day it did affect my stomach a bit so, I took one a day and found that I got used to it. Later on, I found that I have to take it on an empty stomach for it not to bother me. Now, I take 1 in the morning before eating anything and 1 at night, after 3-4 hours after dinner and right before bed. It has all the ingredients I was searching for due to the my personal research of the them. I must say, I feel more energized, I can concentrate better, my hot flashes are gone, I sleep even better than I normaly do, and I concentrate better since I am also finishing a university degree. I highly recommend this product but, you have to adjust to it slowly for you body to get used to it. I will keep ordering it since I am almost out. NICE WORK, GUYS!

So far my legs are not hot at night and have slept so much better now !!! It was recommend by a friend. It’s been great to help my hot flashes. So far my mood swings and anxiety has really clam down a lot .

Damaged products with no replacements.
I’ve ordered this product several times and it works great, but I’ve received at least 2 orders that look like some of the capsules have opened inside. The product is orange and its all over the inside of the container. With the cost of this product it’s not worth buying when it comes damaged and you can’t get a replacement.

I’ve been taking these for a month and they seem to have helped with my energy levels and may have helped with inflammation, too. I haven’t noticed any taste, although I do take them with food. The texture is smooth and they aren’t hard to swallow. They are effective and worth the price.
