Effective, but sticky!
These have been working great for me. After about two weeks I noticed I had not had a hot flash, and my mood swings definitely have been lessened. I am 51 and deep in the throes of perimenopause and needed some relief that was not HRT. I read up on all the supplements that were considered helpful, and found this brand had the most of the listed. I do wish it was available in a tablet or capsule form, as the gummy bears are tasty (light pineapple flavor to me) but they are very sticky. If you have bad teeth these gummies are going to be rough for you, I already lost a filling to them! But all in all, I am reordering. I took off one star because of the extreme stickiness and that there is no anti-moisture insert to keep them fresh/unstuck.

I have been testing this product for a few days. And so far I can say that it is effective, it has helped me improve the quality of sleep, I feel that I have been able to sleep better, it has decreased a lot the times I wake up in the middle of the night. I also wake up with more energy and mental clarity. It has a good taste and the most important ones, its natural ingredients make my body receive them efficiently, I hope to continue having more results. .

Contains a decent dose of creatine FYI
I took these for 2 months, unfortunately I gained about 5-7 pounds of water weight and I believe it was due to the creatine. I am lean and very active, and this was the only thing I changed over the past few months. I did notice an increase in my mood and a reduction in my night sweats. I also got terrible heartburn while using this product. Depending on why you are looking to take this, it may help you, but I would look into each ingredient before starting them, I wish I had been more diligent.

This helps a lot and using my dott pactch. My hot flashes are not too frequent and taste is perfect. Store in cool place and it won’t get sticky qualities is perfect. It takes time for effects to do its magic but it’s worth it.
