Will have many uses
These are really nice gel packs. They can really be used anywhere and are especially well shaped for neck and forehead.I froze one for the suggested 2-3 hours and it was pretty hard. So I tried another one at an hour and it was still frozen, but slightly more flexible. I also heated one for 20 seconds (instead of the recommended 30 seconds) and it was plenty warm – in fact, too hot to place against bare skin.The little pouches that come with them are nice since you’re not supposed to put either ice or heat directly against your skin. They’re quite a tight fit though – which is good for holding them securely, but makes it a little harder to get them set up. When heated, the pack is so loose that I eventually just gave up trying to maneuver it into the pouch and just wrapped it in a thick paper towel and that worked too.Really like these and can see them being useful in a variety of situations.

Must have for post partum, but air it out first
The size and quantity of these ice packs is perfect for postpartum. They fit coverage in underwear well and they hold a chill for a good amount of time, a little longer than the single use kind. I will say these smelled very strong upon opening and it gave me a headache. I left everything outside in the sun for a day or two and the smell thankfully faded. It’s nice to have numerous gel packs and sleeves so you can keep them on rotation for constant relief. It’s super simple to use just freeze, put in sleeve, and put in undies. I think in the future it could be improved with some “wings” or Velcro to keep it in place but if you’re just laying in bed it’s no issue at all

Also good for a headache!
I have to be honest, I am not using these for their intended purpose. I am using them for my forehead when I have a headache and they have worked amazingly for that purpose! I especially like that they stay frozen for a long time but the gel doesn’t freeze solid so I can mold it around my forehead or neck. I also like that it comes with the two felt pouches so the frozen ice pack isn’t too cold against my skin. I’m sure these will work well for whatever you may need ice packs for!

So many uses!
So many uses for these, in addition to the intended purpose they’re specifically designed for (how I wish I had these back in the day when I could have used them post partum). When put in the freezer they get cold, but not stiff, so they’re versatile to wrap around different areas. My house can be very cold in the Winter, so I’ve been popping these in the microwave for a short time and using them as hand warmers.Good value at the current price of $9 for the set of four, plus two covers

Great for crams and reducing swelling
I got these to help with cramps and swelling. The size and shape are good for convenience and comfort, and they stay cool for a surprisingly long time without feeling too cold or stiff. They’re reusable and easy to clean, which makes them practical and economical. The fabric covering is soft against the skin and doesn’t irritate sensitive areas. For the price, the quality and effectiveness are great. I’m glad I decided to get these, as they’ve made recovery much more manageable.

They do work well for that as they include soft covers to help reduce the amount of hot/cold being directly transferred to the body. Simple to use as you only need to heat or freeze them and then apply them to an area.They are not limited to a specific use as they can be used for other areas as well, such as: across the neck, forehead, along the arm or wherever there might be a use. They appear to be durable as they are of decent thickness and have a good seal so there should be no worries about them leaking or getting broken open unintentionally.

Cooling Relief That’s a Total Lifesaver for Recovery 💖❄️
These ice packs were such a lifesaver during recovery! They stay cool for a good amount of time and really help soothe everything when you’re sore or swollen — total relief. 💕 The shape fits comfortably and feels discreet under clothes, which was a big plus. I do wish the fabric was a little different — maybe something softer, like a stretchy underwear material, or easier to wash and helping with the sweating from the pack— but overall they worked so well and felt amazing when chilled. If you’re prepping your postpartum care kit, these are a great ad!
