This has a lot of things you need after you give birth. Great for yourself or a present. The hospital does provide many of the things that are in this kit but the ones in the kit are better quality. The items in this box are actually more high quality than what I expected, so I am pleasantly surprised. The peri bottle has 2 different kinds of heads that come with it, which is great and makes it a lot easier to use. The foam is awesome as well, I am so glad they provide that in this box, it is super helpful. Overall, everything in this pack is packed nicely and is helpful. There is nothing in here that is not worth the price. I think this is an awesome gift and many moms would be extremely happy to receive this. The disposable underwear are also big girl friendly and are much better than the hospital ones.

I am 5”4’ and 230 lbs, I typically wear a size 16 pants. I was so happy to find that the disposable panties actually fit! They are super stretchy and they fit me well, even with my pregnant belly! They are also softer and much thicker than the ones you get at the hospital. My last pregnancy I was sad to find that a well known brand name’s panties did not fit me at all. Even the thin terrible ones at the hospital barely fit. I gave up on them and sacrificed some of my regular panties because of it. Its nice to know I won’t have to do that this time around.The peri bottle is so much nicer than the one the hospital provides, and the other supplies are really going to help too. My last birth the perineal foam was the most helpful, and I’m happy to see it included in this kit. This would make a lovely gift to an expectant mother. Especially if she is plus size.
