Good gut supplement to help bring you back on track to regularity!
Staying regular can make or break your day, and I figured that a supplement that focuses on gut health would help optimize my digestive routines. I came across this supplement on the Amazon Vine program, and they were nice enough to send me a review sample.When you get it, you get a small jar of 60 gummies. It’s a “4 in 1 Extra Strength blend” of prebiotics, probiotics, digestive enzymes, and herbal ingredients. There’s a lot to list in the ingredients, but it seems you get a little bit of everything of digestive supplement ingredients, plus some Vitamin D3 and Zinc. With 60 gummies, you take 2 per day, according to the recommended serving size, effectively giving you about a month’s supply.It’s easy to take two gummies, as they’re like candy. They have a nice, orange/peach flavor to them. They’re sugar free, but two gummies still makes for a 30-calorie supplement snack.After trying this for a couple weeks, I’ve found myself to be a little more regular when it’s time to go to the bathroom. I don’t take this every day, as I don’t want my body to depend on this supplement to stay regular. It’s great for times of the month when you’re feeling a little backed up, and it gently assists your system to digest food better for a graceful exit. It of course helps to maintain a varied diet with some exercise, which this supplement can help make easier for you to get back into a routine. I would not recommend taking this daily to the point of being wholly dependent on this to stay regular. It’s functional for a short-term assist, not to replace your own ability to digest food.For around $23, it’s on par with similar supplements on Amazon, if not on the slightly higher side. Overall though, it’s not a bad supplement for the gut! While I haven’t finished it completely, with focus on better diets and more moving around, this can help bring you back on track, and I will continue to keep it around for another rainy day.

Seems to work as well as other probiotics, and it is easy to take
I haven’t been having stomach issues per se, but I generally eat ore fermented stuff and I have been unable to lately.I have also been taking some other supplements that claim to cause upset stomach in some, so I wanted to counteract that before I had any issues.I like these. I do feel like my guts were working better while I was consistent with these, and the gummies are tasty and easy to use, so I don’t really have a reason not to take them.Plus, the price is lower now, so stock up when you find that savings.
