Nice for a make shift travel bidet
I use a bidet at my main home but have yet to install one at my vacation cabin. I have most of my spine fused and bending over to wipe my behind is very difficult.This peri bottle has a retractable nozzle, carry bag and cap to cover the nozzle. The bottle is soft but firm enough for squeezing the water out.This does a satisfactory job as a make shift bidet as well as for front cleaning after certain activities. I don’t have any negatives as I’m using this for bidet purposes. It does what I need it to do and it’s nice quality. The price is now 50% so it’s an even better value.

Works well
This peri bottle is bigger than the one I was given from the hospital. The angled head on this one is also a perk. I haven’t had any issues with leakage, however I have only used this at home. It’s easy to use. Just fill with water, screw on the top and you are ready to use it. It does work well for me. It’s a little bigger than I’d like to take with me on my daily errands. It would be easy to pack and take with you on a trip though. My only complaint is the plastic used. It’s a little stiff for my liking, but it does still work well.

Soothing and easy way to irrigate
I’m long done with post partum days, but still fine peri bottles useful. This peri bottle has been great for chilling my nether regions after a long bike ride and I also find it useful during my period to freshen up midday instead of adding feminine wipes to the landfill issue. The peri bottle is easy to use – literally fill with water, screw the nozzle on and pull the nozzle out so no water leaks, flip upside down, point and squeeze. It comes with a storage bag and cover for the nozzle but you can’t travel with fluid in it.

Just so-so performance, but the travel bag and cap are nice features
An upside down peri bottle is an excellent bidet replacement, but this one falls short in a couple of areas. I found the plastic material it’s made of to be too stiff and yet too flimsy at the same time. It doesn’t seem well-made and I don’t expect it to hold up for very long. Yet, somehow, it is also stiff, making it hard to give a good squeeze necessary to get a good jet of water flowing. That leads to the second deficiency, which is the poor stream of water through the holes. I don’t know if the holes are too small or what, but the water stream was only so-so. It does work, but it does leave room for improvement. I do like that it comes with a small storage bag–very nice for travel. But, it also comes with a cap to cover the water holes. That’s a GREAT feature that raises my rating just a notch.

Is this PurComfy Upside Down Peri Bottle great for postpartum perineal cleansing? Absolutely! But don’t let it stop there. I have been using peri bottles for daily cleansing for a couple of years now. I have virtually eliminated the need for the expensive toilet tissue that our society promotes as being the only option.I’ve tried out many peri bottles because I haven’t invested in a bidet yet. So I have naturally developed some preferences. This one is the best one I’ve owned thus far. As far as functionality, it’s a pretty basic product, so the design of this is good. It effectively gets the job done. It checks all of the boxes…good pressure, no leak at seams, nozzle collapses for storage. It includes a cap for sanitary reasons. And it includes a travel/storage bag, which is great because this is an ideal size for packing with. All of my other ones have larger bottles.Where this one puts my others to shame, is that the spray tip on the nozzle is removable. This is huge if, like me, you use this on the daily. Where water resides, mold will grow! I periodically clean my peri bottles/nozzles to prevent this. But cleaning the nozzle is a real chore when the bottle brush can’t make the elbow turn at the end, in order to clean the inside of the spray head. I’ve had the daunting task of cleaning visible mold growth from the spray head. This part being removable, is a little thing. But it’s actually huge in my book.Note: Don’t assume this is leakproof because a cap is included. The only “leakproof” ones I’ve seen, do not have a retractable nozzle. And they are basically just “leak resistant” at best, if tipped over. There is a gap at the base of the nozzle. These bottles are meant to be stored upright and transported empty. Leaving it on it’s side with water in it, will result in leakage.

Helps to get hard to reach angles easily refreshed with a nice spritz up around sensitive areas. Especially helpful during periods without needing tons of tissue that would leave bits with irritation is now cleansed.
