Excellent bath salt
Pops and a gentle bubbly fizz really are what this does to normal hot bath water. The feeling is really wonderful be it from post partum to just a deep muscle soak. The scent is fresh and not artificial smelling like alot of bath salt additives. So far a month of weekly baths and no issues with UTIs or other issues for ladies.

I could easily add too much in my bath. As an average sized US woman, the amount of water I need to cover my bottom is a bit more than a tiny woman. I have some cake going on. Sitz baths have been a big help for many things. From period cramps, broken coccyx, sore legs, sore back, and beyond, I will take a sitz bath. Sometimes I’ll start with a sitz bath and then take a shower right after. It’s a good way to clean your bottom and reduce any irritation or discomfort. The smell was strong, but it seemed to lessen after a bit. My only bummer is that there isn’t very much of it. If you’re taking a sitz bath in a basin or toilet sitz bath, then this is fine. But I use my whole tub. I fill the water about 2 or 3 inches and add the soak. These are good for so many things and I hope more people will start doing sitz baths again.

Great combination of skin healing ingredients but..
This Epsom salt with other great nourishing and healing ingredients comes in a plastic container. When opening the container the smell is bit overpowering but after it dissolves in water it kind of gets mild. This bath/sitz soak salt is easy to dissolve in water and leaves no residue after. If using it as a sitz bath soak then you will get lot of uses from this container but for full bath soak it will finish fast before you know.This Epsom salt soak is relaxing and comforting, however, I am not very confident about where it is manufactured or packaged as there is no information on the product labeling or product page.

Nice big bottle, though if you are taking a full bath it’s only good for a few uses. Smells great if you like essential oils, which I do. Did not irritate my skin, but soothed my skin!

I was very disappointed that this arrived damage and the bath salts were scattered in the packaging. I was not able to use the bath salts and threw it away. The bath salts smelled nice but not useable since the seal broke from the delivery.

Great post work out Epsom soak.
Using these for post race sucks when my legs and back and feet are sore and my skin is dry from the cold air. I use about double what it calls for-but I have a deep soaker tub. This makes for a nice Epsom soak that smells lovely and softens my dry skin. A great choice for any post work out soak!
