Uncomfortable and have bad smell
These PUOPOSTY rubber gloves for dish washing are made of thin rubber. There are two pairs in the set. One hand has fingers and the other is a mitten with a scrubber pad on the bottom side of the mitten. The set is made in China. The rubber is very thin, but it flexes without tearing. I have slightly larger than average hands, and the gloves do fit. But they don’t have much space around the glove and my hand, and as a result, they get hot very quickly and make my hands perspire. Getting them off becomes very difficult at that point. I placed my hands in hot water and they are indeed waterproof. The gloves give off a strong plastic smell. Because the package is written in Chinese, I don’t know what kind of material they’re made of, but I would never want to wash dishes with them due to that smell. Also, the scrubber pad is useless as a dish washing scrubber because it has short, soft bristles with no scrubbing power. The gloves might have some use for household cleaning if you can stand wearing them for a long period of time, although I have no idea what effect a cleaning solvent would have on the material. But a pair of regular household rubber gloves with drip cuffs are far preferable. I rate them two stars because they are waterproof, but they are unlined and become uncomfortable, are flimsy, and have a bad smell. At five dollars a pair, I think they’re overpriced.

Set of 2!
This set of rubber gloves is perfect for travel. It comes with 2 individually wrapped dishwashing gloves. One glove in each set has a scrubber built into the glove. It works better than I even thought! I tend to prefer using a separate a rubber brush when I’m at home, but these gloves are perfect when on the go, especially camping etc.

Strong rubbery smell when first opened
This review is for Puoposty Rubber Gloves. The gloves come with a scrubber on one hand, which is shaped like a mitt, and the other hand has the five fingers. This makes it easier to hold on to items for cleaning. I handwash very few dishes now but I do use gloves for all cleaning. These made it easier to wash down the sink afterwards. I feel like the little rubber teeth made it easier to hold on to glasses and cups when washing as well. There is a STRONG rubber smell when first opening the package so I had to leave these out in the open for a while to off gas. Once the smell faded it was easy to use the gloves and they did not leave a rubber smell on my skin.At a price of $9.99 for two pairs, I think it is a good value for the money.

Ill-fitting
The gloved hand is somewhat bigger than the mittened hand in these pairs. The fingertips are too long. The space is too tight between the thumb and forefinger of the mittened hand. The plastic is lightweight and will tear easily. It’s also slippery when taking a wet dish from the dishpan to the drying rack or dishwasher. One could damage a non-stick pan if not remembering that there is a scrubby attached to the mitten.

Kind of clunky
When I first ordered these I thought they were regular rubber gloves, but it turns out they are more of a vinyl, like a flexible shower curtain more than latex or other that kitchen gloves are usually made from. They are seamed all the way around and for me a little small. Which I should have checked because my hands aren’t teeny tiny so usually I buy large size when purchasing where these are just one size.It might have been the size issue that made the washing glove not so great too because my fingers were right to the end of the mitten design, and that together with the firm vs. flexible wash pad meant that I had to sort of curl my fingers to be able to use it. So maybe if they were larger having a flat pad that rested closer to my palm than fingertips might have been okay? But overall the experience was clunky and didn’t offer any type of convenience over just picking up a sponge or dish brush that I could tell. And the tops of fingers hurt after only trying to wash a couple of dishes. There might be some uses for these that I can’t see. Like if you don’t have any sponges or brushes already it might save you the trouble of having both or all? Or maybe if you’re scrubbing large flat surfaces like walls or floors it might work for that. But for me it was a miss, especially when it came to dishes. Just too inflexible and hard to use to really be practical though I applaud the ingenuity. It might just need some of the bugs worked out. Oh, and if you’re a lefty you’re out of luck unless you wash and scrub with your right hand since they’re not interchangeable.

They stink!
Literally, these are the stinkiest gloves I’ve ever encountered, and then figuratively, they just don’t work well.First, they feel very cheaply made (granted, for the price, that’s not unexpected. At $4 for two pairs, I gave a second star since the pricing does match the quality). They also only can be worn in one “direction” – because of how the fingers are laid out, the scrubbing side has to be on the right hand, and the non-scrubbing on the left. Given how my sink is set up, I would want the reverse. The non-scrubbing glove has nothing for traction, so things easily just slide out of the hand making them impractical for actual dish washing. They also did nothing to shield from heat, which is something I need in my dishwashing gloves. All around, cannot recommend these.

rubber gloves with built in sponge
I’m honestly a little surprised at the low rating for these dishwashing gloves. I actually like them, especially for the price. It comes with two sets, each having one with the sponge part and one without. The plastic is thick and a bit stiff, without much stretch. I have wider hands and while the fit was snug, I could still get them on and off. Probably not ideal for larger men’s hands. They feel sturdy and reusable, at least for a while. They’re also so thick that I repurposed one of the sponge-free gloves to clean a toilet a family member clogged (and managed to do it with minimal trauma because I felt securely safe with the glove).
