CERAMIC PAN
Amazing pan, don’t need to scrub to clean. It’s real ceramic! Great value. Love the wooden handle however there’s a teeny gap between the pan and the screw-on handle once it’s assembled (simple to do!) which worries me a bit because of the open area (for food to stick or bacteria) between Handel and pan. Of course, should wash it between uses to maintain its properties.

Excellent frying pan!
My nonstick pan was beginning to deteriorate and with all of the concerns about the possible contaminants in cookware, I bought this to immediately replace my nonstick frying pan. I love this pan!! It cooks evenly, seems to be very durable (word of caution: use silicone covered tongs to avoid scratching) and clean-up is very simple. After frying up bacon, once the pan has cooled I pour off the excess grease and wipe out most of the rest with paper towels and then into the sink to clean what little is left on the pan. Very nice pan!!

Threw out old skillets for this
Absolutely love this pan had to buy a separate top for it but it’s the best one I threw out all my old skillets and I love cooking in this it’s non-stick no forever chemicals love it

Almost perfect
okay so first of all, getting a screw driver with the pan yet comical was actually a bonus. Thank you. However, the handle of the pan seems to be VERY porous. These pics are from the second use. I love to use turmeric when cooking and it’s no secret that it stain LIKE EVERYTHING!! ug. but it’s sooo good. So based on the fact after one use the turmeric, yes just one, it stained the handle. That means it will probably look wretched over time, so I’m not a fan. and I don’t like how high the lip comes up considering that most people will use this size for omelettes. It’s hard to fold the omelette with a lip that high. And I’ve used two different spatulas thank you. I just feel over all it could be designed better and come w out the screwdriver…But you do you.

Favorite Pan
This is the BEST frying pan I own. Heat is even due to the metal circular bottom. The wooden handles feel nice and stay cool.The top is ceramic and you can easily clean with just a paper towel. It’s incredible!!! I bought one for each daughter in law as well and they LOVE IT!
