Tummy time 0m+
Spending time on their tummy is key to aiding a baby’s motor development. Tummy time practices essential skills such as lifting and turning the head and strengthening baby’s arms and shoulders in readiness for rolling over, crawling, sitting and walking.
How to help:
• Start getting your baby used to being on their tummy as soon as you are comfortable. As long as your baby is supervised then you can start as early as day one.
• Use the tummy time pillow in this set to provide support whilst your newborn’s muscles start to strengthen.
• As your baby will be looking at the world from a whole new angle, make sure that there are interesting images or faces for them to look up at to keep them interested.
• Keep it fun! Get down on the floor, make faces and talk to your baby. You can also combine the pillow with the tummy time cards for added visual stimulation.
Cause & effect 2m+
From around 2 months your baby will start reaching out for interesting objects and grabbing them. It is also likely they will mouth objects which is another form of exploration and an important developmental stage.
How to help:
• Place the rattle ring within your baby’s reach. Your little one will be delighted with themselves for grabbing this, and the rattling sound will motivate them to keep repeating their actions.
• If your baby is not reaching out for the rattle, place it briefly on baby’s palm, to their mouth, and then palm again – then lay this within your baby’s reach.
• Attach the rattle ring and crinkle toy to the tummy time pillow using the ‘C’ clips. Help your little one to reach out and pull at the toys as the sounds will trigger their curiosity and sense of discovery.
Transitional object 3m+
From around 6 months babies can develop a sense of separation from their caregiver. This can be easier to manage if your baby has adopted a
transitional object that they can use for reassurance. A blankie or soft toy which is cuddly, familiar and which carries their parents’ smell can help baby to self soothe.

Very cute, soft, and interesting to the baby. These are a nice aesthetic versus the garish bright colors of some baby toys. These fabric is nice and my baby likes them. They have nice, chunky rings to attach them to any baby gym.

Something about Taf Toys keeps my baby engaged and I like that this is cute. We really like this assortment of toys to attach to other objects for our baby to play with. He enjoys the turnip teether attached to the bunny and likes playing with the texture of the other two toys.

Love this set so much, very rare to find something babies like and is pleasing to the eye lol. My baby is 4 months and loves the chew toys on the pillow more than anything. The only bummer is the mirror, it’s too low on the ground, so in order to use it for tummy time you have to place it on something higher up and slanted or slant it down somehow which is annoying and makes me not use the mirror as much
