Doula-approved!
These soft gel-packs are so awesome for comforting sore nipples! Unfortunately, a lot of women experience some soreness with early breastfeeding, and these guys are such a life-saver! I’m a doula, and when clients are worried about pain with breastfeeding, I refer them to someone who can help, and to theses gel-packs! They can help mamas feel more comfortable and meet their breastfeeding goals. They can be cooled in the refrigerator or freezer to relieve soreness, and even warmed in water for dealing with engorgement issues. The pillows can easily fit in your bra, and aren’t going to leave any weird lumps. The washable sleeves are brilliant, and can deal with a bit of leaking/nipple cream. I also love that the three women who created these are awesome mamas who have put their skills to work to solve problems that so many mothers face, and their dedication to quality is amazing!

Very soft
These are nice to have on hand the first few days. I only used them fresh from the freezer. They’re very soft, and thus do a great job of molding to the breast. They just didn’t stay cold as long as I wished they would have. I also didn’t need them for very long, maybe just a week or so, so I wish I hadn’t splurged on them. Of course, if I get mastitis I’ll be glad I have these to use as heating pads. They’re also very good quality. Seems like they’ll last for a long time.

These have been a WONDERFUL addition to my life
These have been a WONDERFUL addition to my life! They were just what I needed to soothe my initial nipple pain for the first month of baby – then they have helped time and time again as I have had clogged ducts and more. The best part is unlike other round ice packs- these are fully pliable, they do not condensate and the silky case is gentle against my skin. We use them as a quick grab for boo boos too!! The fabric case is easy to rinse out and stick right on my bottle drying rack – and they dry quickly! And furthermore the packs are easy to use without the case as well- just rinse and repeat. 🙂 LOVE!

Instant relief!
My wife and I are new parents and thus she is new to breastfeeding. It has been a rocky road which has left her quite sore (and a bit cranky). I could see when she first used them, that TendHer’s pillows provided her instant relief even at room temperature. Plus, they are easily cooled or heated. She says the only thing that would make this product even better would be if there was a back-up set of pillowcases provided so that when one was being washed, the other could be used.We were also very impressed with Pariday as a company. We ordered these just before a long holiday weekend and were very pleasantly surprised when they showed up on our doorstep much sooner – they had been hand delivered by the co-founder who somehow knew my wife really needed them. Great customer service for quality product
Didn’t work for my purpose, but customer service was great and I was able to return them for a full refund. I really liked the care they put into the ingredients and accessories. I needed something that shielded my nipples from brushing anything and allowed the moisturizing balm to soak in without smearing it everywhere off the nipple. Hard plastic cups worked for me, these could not. They were too soft and squishy and kind of just wrinkled and balled up. The cold feels good at first like with all cold pads, but they warm up within five minutes so I didn’t buy them for that.

TOO little for boobs, waste of money
They are TOO small for the entire breasts (even if you’re a cup size A, B, etc.) so you don’t get the relief you need. It’s better to just put cold packs from your freezer. This is a waste of money and I can’t even return them (even though the description says eligible for return until December 2020). Save yourself the disappointment and money – don’t buy them if you have ice packs in your fridge, those will help your boobs much better than these little things.

Okay, so I would have given these 5 stars if one of the pads had not popped after about 2.5 weeks of use… These were WONDERFUL during the first few weeks of breastfeeding. I love how you can make them hot, cold or even just cool. Most of the time I used them at room temperature because they were naturally cool. Great pads overall. Would consider using them again with my next baby.
