Get these! If you’re looking for nursing pads, you need these ones!!
These are my favorite nursing pads! Do you know a mom who needs nursing pads or is about to have a baby and could use these as a baby shower gift? Get them these!!! They are super soft, made of organic cotton! They are super absorbent and not hard on the skin! They are machine washable, so you aren’t contributing to the waste in the landfill with unnecessary chemicals and plastics. I absolutely love these and cannot recommend them enough!!!!!

My favorite nursing pads, especially for early days of nursing
I tried a few different nursing pads and liked these the best, especially for the first few weeks postpartum. They didn’t stick as much to damaged skin as other nursing pads that are more textured, which helped things heal more quickly.Worth noting, though, that these aren’t leak proof. I layered them with another nursing pad that I had that was leak proof for overnights, but otherwise just changed these out as needed.

Pros: Nice cotton material, thick enough for most leaks.Cons: A lot of them won’t stay flat and get frilled edges, making them uncomfortable and impractical to use. The ones that stayed flat are nice, but most of them did not stay flat.Take a little longer to dry than the rest of the laundry load.NOTE: Once you have a few pads with more than just a few drops of milk, you will need a laundry additive with enzymes to break down the milk particles within the pads, otherwise you will get a stale smell for the entire load of laundry. Enzyme laundry powders fix that pretty well.Also know that they’re not all perfectly round, the shapes and sizes vary some.!!Customer service is entirely unresponsive!!

I use these every day. I love that they are cotton, soft and absorbent.not just for nursing moms. They wash up nicely.

Still holding up after months of use
Great absorbency love that it’s washable and don’t have to keep buying the disposable. Only downside is you must wear thick or flattering bra to not see marks through the shirt.

These are the best when you need to sooth nipples
So, it’s my second time breastfeeding. I’ve tried bamboo nursing pads, different brands of single use nursing pads and these. These are my favorite for daily use.Yes , don’t expect miracles from couple of layers of cotton. If you go outside maybe double up or take single use pads with you.But they catch milk from one feed perfectly fine and then should be replaced( unless you leak a ton , then you should be collecting it anyways with may I suggest haakaa). I find that 2 month in, I don’t leak that much so I use only 1 and on the side that I’m not feeding on that moment, that also reminds what side that was.My nipples were very achy first month and I realized that single use pads were making it worse bc of rubbing when I move and bamboo ones straight up annoyed me bc they get stuck to your wet nipple and then it’s painful to remove them. Cotton is very soothing.Also , I use them to wipe my baby’s face instead of wash cloth. And I bet after I’m done using them with breastfeeding I can find other use for them , bc they’re very soft and easy to maintain.

These are a great option for nursing moms!
I will start this review by saying that I wish I had owned these nursing pads with my first two babies, and I recommend them for any nursing mama. Here are the pros and cons as I see them for this product:Pros:1. These are very, very soft. None of the other cloth or disposable nursing pads I’ve tried are this soft. These feel great for sore mamas.2. They are very reasonably priced.3. They wash and dry easily with my baby’s clothes.4. For the most part, they are very absorbent and keep my clothes dry.5. They aren’t hot, so I don’t deal with sweat where I don’t want it. This has been a problem with some disposables.6. They are large enough to be pretty discreet under clothes.7. They seem very sturdy and seem almost brand-new after a month of heavy use. I haven’t detected any decrease in softness or absorbency.8. They stay where you put them in your bra.Cons:1. They shrank about 1/2″ in diameter. I wish they had retained their size, or been made a bit larger to accommodate shrinking, as they would have been a little more discreet under my clothes.2. There have been a few occasions that I have leaked right through them – the leak didn’t spread within the nursing pad, so to speak. This seems to have stopped with more use (washing and drying).3. They will not hold as much leaking milk as disposable nursing pads, so you may have to change more frequently. That said, they are absorbent enough that I believe that they would have still worked very well when I had a newborn and my milk was coming in. I just would have wanted to have more on-hand for more frequent changes.I’ve been using these for about a month now, so I feel like I have a good handle on how they will work long-term. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these to new moms, and am thrilled to have such a great option for a product that I expect to be using for over a year, and more if I have more kids.

These are super soft and comfortable and wash well, however I am giving them a lower rating due to the fact that I wish they were a tad larger (not thicker just so they would cover more surface area) and my main issue is that there is no back liner. Once milk soaks through it will soak your bra and shirt. I can’t wear these at night unfortunately for this reason, I can however wear them during the day. A simple water resistant liner would solve this.
