I was excited about this product but I think it didn’t work for me. I’am sorry. The pills dryer out before I could all of them and I kept them in a dry cool area.

These might have helped keep things balanced since I ended up with a yeast infection after I ran out. It’s always hard to tell if supplements are doing anything. They’re easy to swallow with no flavor. They seem to have worked well.

These probiotics seem to be working. The capsules are rather large and even still a bit hard for me to swallow with some water, but I have a hard time swallowing large pills anyway. What I may try doing is open a capsule and mix the contents into food or drink to consume it better. There is no bad smell or taste to them at all.While I haven’t really noticed if there is much of a difference as far as the feminine side goes, I did notice that these have calmed my stomach that likes to gurgle loudly a lot every day before I started taking these. I haven’t had any off or bad side effects to these capsules.For the price I think these are decent for a 4 month supply, and I like that I only need to take one every day.

These have the lactobacillus and bifidobacterium that I look for in my women’s health probiotic supplements. No off taste or smell. The added benefits of cranberry and D-Mannos for urinary tract health. Simple and effective daily maintenance for women’s health.

Supplements are difficult to review since the effects aren’t always apparent right away. I chose this probiotic since it is made in the USA and usually those products have higher standards and are of better quality. I have been using this for a couple weeks now and while I haven’t really noticed any effects yet, I have also not had any negative effects which is always good. The capsule are easy to swallow and they are tasteless. The ingredients look great so I am excited to continue using this to see how effective it is.

The size of this probiotic is pretty standard and they’re very easy to swallow. It seems they have a decent variety of strains; however, I did not do any testing with my physician prior to starting this so I don’t have a medical baseline to compare my results over time or comment on the effectiveness of the probiotic variety of strains with any detail of specificity in that regard. What I can say is that I did not have any difficulty taking them, the capsules don’t smell at all, and they seem like they’re a good value for the money. I can also say that they seem effective, in that, I am noticeably less bloated after several days of taking them (it hasn’t been a full week yet).
