The best clean deodorant I have tried
I have tried probably 100 natural deodorants, and this is the only one that does not break me out. It also keeps me smelling fresh all day…but make sure to apply daily as this does have a “Cinderella turn into a pumpkin when the clock strikes midnight” type time limit, but honestly shouldn’t every deodorant?

I have tried literally everything and this actually works. Looking for a natural deodorant that is clean ingredients… this is it. Smells good. To help application I warm it a little bit under my arm then swipe on. So glad I finally found “the one”

Great deodorant
This is a great deodorant and would recommend this to anyone with very sensitive skin. My daughter breaks out with most deodorant’s, this is the first one that hasn’t caused a reaction and it works well even during hot days and work outs.

Wanted to love it, but I don’t.
Let me start by saying I LOVE the Vanman company. I absolutely love the tallow balm and have used to for years. Unfortunately, for me, this product is not a winner. Here are the reasons why:- The cardboard tube is not great. I’ve used cardboard tube deodorants before and they were fine. This one does not hold up. It doesn’t line up very well causing the edge to ball up and rub off into the deodorant.- The actual product is not firm enough to rub on your underarm like regular tube deodorant. It smears off in big chunks. I just use my finger now to scoop it out and rub on with my hands. Another reason to skip the cardboard tube.- I don’t find this product to be effective as a deodorant. I have been using nature deodorants for years, so I’m aware that they are different than your drug store antiperspirant/deodorant. This one just doesn’t hold up as well as other natural brands I’ve tried.Overall, while I do love this company and most of their products, I do not recommend it and would not purchase it again.

Love the company, not so much this product
I like that this is all natural, but I do not enjoy how roughly this applies onto the skin; it is also black deodorant, and it stains clothing. The cardboard / paper tube is also hard to push the deodorant stick up out of. It was a nice product to try, and I really love this company and what they stand for, and how they orchestrate their business, I just do not think I will personally be purchasing this specific product again.

Great, but definitely a QC/formula issue
Agreed with others that this deodorant is incredible in ways I’ve never experienced with natural deodorants — primarily that it smells amazing (vanilla), it actually WORKS, and there’s nothing bad in it.My issue is the application. The first couple of applications and uses were great. Then it became very stiff and difficult to apply. At this point, it pretty much doesn’t even rub off on my skin when I attempt to apply it. Super frustrating. I’ve seen others mention the same issue, yet others comment that it’s extremely soft.I’m going to try heating it because it’d be nice to actually be able to use it, but I wish VanMan would address this consistency issue as I am hesitant to repurchase.

No more rashes or stank
I tend to get rashes and angry pores when I use most commercial deodorant; I have zero issues with this, it’s a very neutral smell, and lasts all day.
