Game changer! I have been wearing these Hormone Balance patches almost everyday and feel they make me a lot calmer. I combine them with my ashwaganda patch (same brand) on my forearm or the inner portion of my upper arm. I think there is a placebo affect because I am actively placing them on and can feel them on my skin (they have a good grip with the stick on the back). By far these stay on better than all of my patches that I use from other brands.

Absolutely Did Not work for me at all. Have been using for 3 weeks. I doubled up on patches to see if that would help and it didn’t. Am premenopausal with severe hot flashes.

It does the trick! And doesn’t take long to start working! You must not put lotions, or oils on at the location your going to apply to patch or it won’t stay, but the ingredients illuminate the unbalanced hormones.

Patches kept falling off
I’m not sure if this actually did anything for my hormonal health, because the patches wouldn’t stick to my skin.

Reduces intolerance to heat and improves ability to focus!!!
my doctor recommended these for me and I was a pretty skeptical she recommended I wear a patch daily for eight hours and I cannot believe the difference these don’t contain hormones. They regulate my own hormones and it’s made me less temperature intolerant and it’s also improved my focus. I find that they stick very well to my skin even though I’m often sweaty. I have been using them now for over six months and I don’t miss a day because if I do miss a day, I can definitely tell a difference. These are a gold mine!!!

Small, easy to apply and wear through normal day.
Manufacturer started putting the patch on a paper backing. I had one that tore the paper so it couldn’t be used.But, on my body, I have no problem with it staying on. If you can use a band-aid, you can use this patch.
