This iron works really well the vitamin C helps it absorb. Don’t let it sit on your tongue to long, it has a bad taste if you do.

Beats me, but it couldn’t hurt.
I take things religiously one in the morning and one at night I’ve been taking them for quite a while now since I received my order. Did I get any relief from neuropathy . I quit taking the gabapentin which I was on with hopes that these would relieve my pain or lessen it at least. I was taking 100 mg gabapentin which is a joke. Told my doctor he said you should be on at least 400 mg three times a day. So I’m taking the gabapentin again along with these and I seem to have gotten great relief. Do you sing did these help with my relief of pain they may have I know things take a while to build up in your system. I’m going to continue taking them until I run out then I will just you on the gabapentin and I will let you know if there’s any change in my relief.

Helps increase hemoglobin levels for frequent blood donors.
Taking this Iron supplement for two weeks helped boost my iron enough so that I can continue to donate blood regularly. The last two times I tried to donate blood two months after donation, my hemoglobin was too low, so I had to wait. So this time I took this supplement, and my hemoglobin level was within the donation level.
