These are genuinely terrible. I don’t understand why companies change such a good recipe into something so awful. I sent the company an email in hopes they change back to the old recipe. I highly recommend no one buys these until they go back to their old recipe.

The only sleep gummie that actually works for me! I wish they wouldn’t add sugar to them though. How Amazon can’t keep these in stock when they literally own Whole Foods is baffling to me though. I have them on subscribe and save, and they are constantly out of stock.

Sugar coating overkill
The first time I picked these up from Whole Foods, I was desperte for sleep. I had suddenly been struggling with sleep and didn’t except them to work as well as they did. They taste great, and nice little treat almost before been… However ordering them again they still work amazing, but the sugar coating is overkill. Why do I need sugar before bed?? Hello, not exactly great for teeth and they already taste great. Get rid of the sugar coating and they’d be perfect.

Old Recipe….Coated in Sugar!
I love these sleeping gummies! They work pretty well for me, and believe me, I have tried multiple products for insomnia for the past 9 months! The first bottle I bought was from the actual Whole Foods store, and the outside of the gummies were smooth. I bought my second bottle from Amazon (Whole Foods), and each gummy is covered in sugar! While the bottle is not expired, these are definitely from the old formula(I googled it). It made me question what I was getting for sure. When I take one of these in the middle of the night, I have to wash off the excess sugar before I eat it, so if you don’t want to eat pure sugar in the middle of the night, I would not suggest ordering these from Amazon. I won’t be.

Effective yummi-ness!
These gummy‘s are so tasty and tart and as others have said, I feel like it’s a little dessert before I go to bed. I am a notorious insomniac due to being menopausal and a light sleeper. I’ve tried many many sleep aids, and I do feel like these help me fall asleep, faster, and to me—faster means within an hours time . I have felt a little groggy in the morning, but not severe more just that I’m really comfy in my bed.😊 so the chill factor of these gummy’s does last through the evening. I will be buying these again. Not the cheapest sleep aid, but they are super yummy and I feel like they help.

Have found that these really helped my sleep. I usually only have to take half of a gummy. I dont wake up feeling hung over as I do with regular melatonin. They are coated in a very tart sugary substance that I don’t love. But extra sweetness aside, they are great!
