Relaxing sent
The sent is so relaxing, texture is smooth and seems to help, only have had it a few days but I am hopeful it will help.

Eases and prevents muscle cramps
Not sure if this cream does anything for my sleep but it does ease the muscles in my feet and ankles to prevent muscle cramps at night. The smell is pleasing. It is nice and thick making it perfect to get around the ankle bones and muscles in the foot. It quickly absorbs into the skin and doesn’t leave any stickiness or residue.
