These are prefect and saved my breastfeeding journey. The flanges that came with my pump were too big and were constricting my milk ducts by pulling in areola. Once I measured myself and got these, I started pumping a lot more. I went from pumping 2-3 ounces per breast to pumping 6-8 ounces per breast.

Perfect as a replacement for the 24mm that comes with the pump.I have washed a bunch of times, steam steralized & its held up well. Watch for the rim on pressing against anything as it will bend when steralizing and keep bent shape after. I also like the outer rim I feel like it helps with holding in place.
