Purchased this pillow hoping it would relieve my back pain, but I’m extremely disappointed.
The heating function barely warms up, even on the highest setting, and the vibration mode feels more like a faint buzz than an actual massage—it does nothing for muscle tension. Worse, the ‘traction’ feature is just a gimmick; it doesn’t adjust properly to my spine and actually made my discomfort worse after 20 minutes of use. The pillow also slips constantly on my office chair, forcing me to readjust it every few minutes. For the price, the quality and features were simply not worth it.

I didn’t expect this lumbar pillow to work so well! The heat and vibration gentle but really effective- after just a few minutes, my lower back feels warm and relaxed.
