I absolutely love this supplement it really helps to get me relaxed I have slept 100x better since I have been taking this I also noticed a lot less tossing and turning in bed

My wife has been taking these for 10 days. She had been taking 3 melatonin a night but they weren’t always effective. Now she’s sleeping deep through the night without a chemical drug.

Did not work for this tired man
I love the name brand and have been using their multi vitamins for years. I decided to try these to help aid in my sleeping issues. I tried them as directed for the month and I slept very poorly. Seemed I slept less each consecutive evening. Some nights I fell asleep after an hour only to sleep for 20 minutes or so then be wide awake the rest of the night. Just didn’t work for me and if you try it I hope it does for you.

Terrible night’s sleep
This gel cap is a bit large, but ok to swallow with no taste or stomach upset. I took just one, 2 hours before bed. Unfortunately, I had one of the worse nights of sleep in years. I was awake, tossing and turning, all night. I cannot take melatonin supplements because they keep me from sleeping deeply so I was very excited to try this one. I am hesitant to try another night with this supplement, but if I do and have different results, I will update my review. I like that this is made in the USA, in a GMP facility and it is 3rd party tested. It contains great ingredients to help aid sleep and relaxation. I am sad that it did not work for me.
