Good flavor, effects not quite noticeable
The lavender lemonade flavor is actually pretty enjoyable. It’s subtle, not too sweet, and has a nice herbal note that makes it different from most drink mixes. I’ve been using it for a little while now, but I can’t say I’ve noticed any major calming effects. Maybe it helps a little, but it’s not something that immediately makes a difference for me.I do have some questions about the quality of the ingredients. While the formula includes some well-known calming supplements like GABA and ashwagandha, I couldn’t find any independent third-party testing to verify purity or potency. That’s something I always look for when trying out new supplements, especially ones meant to impact mood and relaxation.Overall, it’s a pleasant drink mix that tastes good and might help with winding down, but I’m not completely sold on its effectiveness or the transparency of its sourcing.
