It took me a bit to figure out all the features on this watch. It doesn’t come with detailed instructions. Just how to connect and turn it on.At first i wasnt a big fan because I didn’t understand what a lot of the stuff it tracks are. But now that I’ve figured it all out, i love this watch.It offers the capability to measure health data via the watch, or using the app. Most of the things it measures offer explanations or details when you look at the app details. The app dashboard is customizable, so you can remove things youre not interested in tracking.For the heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring I’ve have found the watch to be accurate. However the blood pressure measurement is not accurate. I did take my BP via a machine to compare to the watch. The watch gives a fairly consistent BP of 120/80 while my actual blood pressure was considerably higher. Without tightening to read the pressure idk how it could possibly do that accurately.The ECG feature does work well. I suffer from heart rate and arythmia problems and the device logs those irregularities consistently. I can feel when im experiencing pvc beats and the watch also picks those up. It offers an analysis of the results and lists risks for countless heart problems and their probability based on the readings.The sleep tracking is not always accurate. There have been nights where I woke for long periods several times and the watch did not register those. I have found the rings that offer sleep monitoring to be more accurate.Overall this is a great little device to track heart rate and rhythm. It also gives weather information and you can call and text via the watch, although i am not a fan of those features.I have 4 stars because of the inaccuracy of the blood pressure and sleep features. But for the price it does well.

Not a wiz with electronics.
I really haven’t used it enough to rate it fairly. The instruction book sure could make setup easier. I can’t find how to lower the volume of the alert. When I compared the nurses blood pressure instrument to watch it was 10 count off. I would return due to the work involved but to late.

It wasn’t for me. It had a lot of options to pick & choose as far as selecting apps that you’d want to add to be alerted about. Of course your texting app (regular text, messenger, WhatsApp) & several I’ve never heard of. It’s hard to find one that will alert me with my home security cameras & this one did.There are a lot of other features but 95% of them I would never use even if I kept it. For me, I’d like to have the options to pick & choose what I want in it or not.I bought it for the blood oxygen feature. I need to be able to check mine at any given time without worrying if I forgot or misplaced my finger meter (like doctors have) & what a better way then wearing it 24/7. I was excited to get it, set it up etc. In the end, after a full day of wearing it, doing normal routine, checking watch (randomly because of how I was feeling) & used my meter, it said 74 and the smartwatch said 97. Needs work as far as that.
