Best Value for Smart Ring
I want to start by saying I was really skeptical to purchase this ring as I already have the Oura 2 and Oura 3. However BOTH of those rings lose their charge in just one day, and now they charge for the app that tracks. The ring was also bulky and not the most comfortable to wear.I found this ring and decided to try it out because the price was good, and I liked the kind of Matte gold color. I’ve had it almost a week now and these are my thoughts:1. I love how think the ring is. I am a female, size 7 and I wear it comfortably on my ring finger instead of my wedding band and it is very comfortable and PRETTY.2. The battery lasts FOREVER. I haven’t had to charge it yet, HOW?3. It has a lot more measurements to track such as steps, workouts, heart rate, HRV, blood pressure, blood sugar etc.I don’t know how accurate the BP and BS is, as I haven’t been able to test it against actual machines yet so the jury is out on that however it’s accurate for sure regarding my sleep and steps and heart rate for SURE.All in all, it’s an incredible value for what I paid and I think my husband is going to get one to replace his Oura as well.

Just fine
The ring is fine, works well and seems to count steps accurately. Super simple to set up the app to use the ring. There are a ton of fitness selections to choose from so when you are ready to workout yours most likely will be on the list. The bad, I measured for ring size and ordered accordingly, its a bit small. I don’t think its a true size 8 as all my others are and they fit fine. I only use it when I work out but I have used it at work a few times. It’s huge and thick like mens rings, I wish they came thinner for women. Other than that it’s quite deserving of a solid 5 stars.

Since I started using this Smart Ring, I have discovered the most discreet and comfortable way to monitor my health. If you are looking for a wearable that gives you accurate data without the distractions of a screen on your wrist, this is undoubtedly the best option. The first thing that won me over was the minimalist design. Unlike voluminous watches, this ring integrates perfectly into my daily life. It is incredibly light and, after the first few days, I barely noticed it on.

There is mothing ‘Smart’ about this no-name ring.
I had hopes for this lower-cost, no-subscription ring. It isn’t any smarter than the blood pressure cuff in your drawer that you have to go get, put it on, press a button, and wait while it measures. With this ring you have to go get your iPhone, have the ring on, press a button on your iPhone, and wait will it measures. There is no automation for BP, O2 sat, HRV, or stress. You have to push a button on you iPhone to initiate all those functions. I really bought it to track my sleep and on the night I really needed it, it didnt record anything at all! Only full sizes in rings so not sure if going a half size up affects the results (like a loose BP cuff will). Worthless. Will be returned.

Easy 5 stars! I’ve tried other rings and they were hard to setup with unreliable connection. This one was so easy to set up. I downloaded the app and it just took to the ring and paired effortlessly. The app is so easy to understand I would definitely recommend for someone who’s not tech-savvy like me, because you don’t need to be. It’s very simple but complex in features. Also it was delivered super fast. Ohh, and this is the only ring that actually fit me properly. All the other ones were either a little too tight. A little too loose. This one is perfect for my middle finger size 9.

I bought it for my husband out of curiosity, mostly so he could try something different from a watch. He’s used it for several days now, and overall it works well: the battery lasts, the sleep tracking is useful, and there are no extra charges. Sometimes it takes a little while to sync with his phone, but it’s nothing serious. In short, it does what it promises, though it’s not perfect.
