Love this product better than the regular one, costs a little more but totally worth it. I feel regenerated after a nice hot bath with this. I try to use it at least once a month for a reset.

Great for Back Pain and Relaxation, but Pricey
I decided to try the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Flakes in Forest Calm, and overall, I’m impressed. The scent is fantastic—it’s fresh and earthy, like being in a quiet forest, which made for a really calming experience. I added the flakes to a warm bath after dealing with some lower back pain, and it definitely helped ease the soreness.There are just a couple of downsides. First, while I know it’s common, the magnesium left my hands feeling pretty dried out after using it. Also, the price is on the higher side for what you get.Still, the relaxation and relief it provided made it worth trying, especially if you’re dealing with muscle tension or soreness.

Cinco estrellas para este excelente magnesio en escamas de Ancient minerals, que lleva azufre añadido (optiMSM). Para diferenciarlo el paquete tiene una etiqueta azul clara con el nombre de Ultra. Pedí el magnesio en escamas en lugar de disuelto porque quería empezar a usarlo bastante diluido para evitar picores y porque resulta mucho más barato.Lo prepare utilizando el doble de agua destilada caliente (sin hervir) que de escamas de magnesio, en concreto 200 ml de agua caliente a la que fui añadiendo 100 gramos de escamas, agitando hasta su disolución. Si no produce picor se puede preparar utilizando la misma cantidad de agua que de escamas.Lo he utilizado en particular para aliviar una fascitis plantar de 6 meses de duración, aplicándolo 2 veces al día con masaje localizado y puedo decir que en 1 mes de utilización mi fascitis se ha solucionado.El vendedor y el envío excelentes, como siempre en Amazon.
