Quality collagen blend
Ancient Nutrition Hormone Balance + Collagen Supplement, Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides: This supplement comes in convenient capsule form in a plastic bottle. Each serving is two capsules, so this 60-capsule bottle is enough for one month. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a noticeable smell or taste. The powder inside the capsule is light brown or tan. It’s easy enough to open the capsules and mix the powder into something else if you prefer. The ingredients include multiple types of collagen and protein. This contains a nice mix of quality ingredients. I can’t pinpoint it to this product specifically, but my night sweats have decreased since I started taking this. I haven’t experienced any pain relief, though I haven’t experienced any negative side effects either. I appreciate that this is made in the United States.

Excellent blend of quality ingredients
Ancient Nutrition has been a trusted brand in the supplement world since it was co-founded by Dr. Axe several years ago. They have a reputation for making high quality supplements, and though they are no longer owned by Dr. Axe, I was excited to try out their Hormone Balance capsules. This supplement has an impressive blend of ingredients with no fillers. As a menopausal woman, I have to take collagen or else my legs and hips will ache terribly (which is probably due to loss of hormones). In the past, I tried collagen peptides (which generally require very large doses) but I’m too sensitive to the large amounts of glycine in those, so I turned to whole collagen (such as egg shell membranes and chicken cartilage) and found relief. This supplement combines whole collagens from multiple sources into one capsule and has been very effective at keeping away the aches without me having to take full scoops of peptides. And unlike the peptides these capsules don’t cause me any side effects. I would take these JUST for the collagen blend, but there is so much other good stuff in there, such as probiotics, adaptogens, and Vitamin D. What an excellent formula! The capsules are on the larger side, but no larger than many others and easy to swallow. No odd tastes or smells noted. The bottle recommends two capsules per day, but I am experiencing benefits from just one.

I really love they clinically study the combo in this supplement but I have so many supplements that seem to have ashwaganda its hard to give a 5 star. Also, there are maybe 2 ingredients I would have loved they added to really set this up for hormonal support. Outside of that I am a big fan of Ancient Nutrition, I buy from them often!I can add, it is more than just a hormone supplement – you get ashwagandha ( of course) also maca, & chaste tree berry (all known for balancing women’s cycles and mood), plus the collagen from multiple sources like bovine, fish, and chicken bone broth is a great addition that makes this more of a 2-in-1. Since collagen also helps with hair, skin, nails, and joints.The capsules are a standard size, not small not too big. Ingredients list is really clean, I know Ancient Nutrition has clean ingredients in the items I have bought. No junk fillers. Just supreme ingredients.You can see if does have animal sources (egg, fish, bovine), so this isn’t vegetarian / vegan friendly.I’ve only just started adding this in, but it already feels like it’s helping me stay less affected by hormones. Hormone balance is something you notice over time, but the formula itself makes sense and I trust the ingredient quality completely from Ancient Nutrition.Go-to from them for me!

Organic and nice quality
Why did you pick this product vs others?:These supplements have been very helpful to me. I struggle with hormonal balance but since taking these they’ve helped. I also like that the Ancient Nutrition Hormone Balance + Collagen Supplement has collagen. When I’m on my period, I typically get hormonal acne and trying to balance that can be challenging. So far, my hormonal acne has reduced and my skin is looking more radiant. The supplements being organic is also a big plus. You get 60 capsules, enough for 30 days if you take the two capsules per day as directed. It’s a bit pricey but the quality and blend is really nice. I would recommend it for anyone looking for both hormonal balance and skincare.

Balancing Estrogen is so important these days
Hormone supplements are truly tricky to work with. Get the wrong formula & it can take you on a challenging ride.Estrogen is the particular one that women feel causes the most disruptions in their bodies. It did for me!A good gynecologist really is invaluable, but a good hormone formula is too.This one has great, balanced percentages of nutrients known to work together nicely. No internal fighting matches-lol.Some nutrients are provided to address keeping estrogen levels balanced. Some actually ‘modulate’ cortisol (the stress hormone), and support women’s health that way. And additional ones support the skin, hair & nails which some formulas don’t address. You have to buy it separate. Lastly, they include key clinically validated superfoods for overall support.There’s no junk ingredients or fillers I noticed, which explains the price. Good formulas are pricy, but do the job rightI’ve found. Still, it can be a budget breaker. So shop around, but use their approach to compare. This is a company that’s been around our block many times & is still going strong. Usually that means they are doing things right & we come back because of that.The capsules are standard & I can get them down, but prefer not to have to, so I open them & put it in my daily smoothie. There are no conflicts with the taste profile or odd smell. It works. You decide!

Great Combo
I’m 61, so know very well how important it is to keep my hormones in balance. I’ve been taking supplements like this for some time, but really appreciate having hormone support in combination with collagen – all in 1 pill. Have been taking my collagen separately for years, but now I can get both at one time, and that makes me happy.
