They really work!
I’ve had insomnia since I was a child. It takes me hours to fall asleep most nights. I’ve tried sleep aids in the past and either they didn’t work at all, or the side effects were not worth it. These gummies are the only thing that I have ever tried that has worked for me. I take two, and half an hour to an hour later, sleepiness hits me like a wall. I stay asleep too, I usually get around 5 or 6 solid hours of sleep, which is way more than I used to get. They don’t taste great, but I hate lavender. A sacrifice I am willing to make!

Wish I Had Tried These Gummies Sooner!
I wish I had tried these sooner! I haven’t slept well in months due to high stress levels and I finally tried one gummie and that was enough to send me off to a deep sleep where I did not wake up throughout the night. I didn’t even take the recommended dosage and it still worked wonderfully for me.

Great and they don’t make you drowsy in the morning!
These are great! They taste good and they work. It takes some time though. So I’d take it a couple of hours before bed but that’s just me. I will repurchase though because they work well and they’re by the same company that makes sleep pastilles that work well for me too; these will not make you drowsy the next day like other over the counter sleep meds or too much melatonin. This just has the right amount of melatonin.

I totally love it! There only 1mg of melatonin, so you wake up well rested and not drowsy. I’m taking 1 gummy during weekdays and 2 on weekends. I recommended it to my friends, they also love it. Great product and taste good.
