In my late 60’s, I noticed and my dentist confirmed that my teeth were no longer firmly secured with my gums. He told me gum surgery may be necessary. I mentioned this to a friend, who told me he had the same problem while he was in his early 40’s, but his dentist suggested he take CoQ10. My friend researched the vitamin on Google and found that people were using the vitamin for their gums and teeth, not just for their heart. He began taking the vitamin and has not had the problem since. For me, as soon as I started taking about 60mg a day (I take now 200mg a day), my gums immediately firmed up around my teeth. I feel that Country Life is a trusted source of vitamins, since it is sold at natural food stores and has been around a long time. I like the prices on Amazon.com.

Good way to purchase this product
I had this brand recommended by a reputable heath food store and bought 60 pills from her. When I decided to continue, I made this purchase through Amazon (obviously) to save $ as well as to save a long drive to the health food store..I have NO IDEA whether it will improve my quality of life. I had checked with my Internist and she basically said she saw no harm in me taking the CoQ10 daily.Delivery was speedy as always, thank you Amazon and your vendors!

Wish it didn’t cost so much and that it was Ubiquinol but it’s a great product!
I love this Coq10, it is Vegan, free of soy lecithin, carrageenan, corn, just to name a few. It is pricey but I ordered for myself and DH as we are TTC and he is a vegan, I am mostly a vegan but do eat organic meat and wild-caught fish once in a while and eat pasture-raised eggs. Been taking this along with PQQ for mitochondrial regeneration for at least 3 months and I believe its working. 👍🏼 However, my Naturopathic Dr. asked me to change to Ubiquinol so, I will be buying the Liquid Ubiquinol from Costco now.
