Update: ice pure company was very professional and responsive. They took the product back and refunded .Amazon. Not so much.Buyer beware !!!!Will not return after 30 days even new in box. UNUSED NOT ABE TO HOOK UP !!!I bought this in July for a remodel that just got completed , in September. the way the water comes to the kitchen sink it cannot be hooked up. I would like to return this as I will have to purchase a whole house model. Thank you for your time.I have one in my kitchen and love it, but will not work where I wanted to add this one.ordered it for my son’s kitchen , as it was just finished in the last week or so I did not realize that we would not be able to use it, but the way the water comes into the faucet it was unusable. It it new in the box unused. I donot think I should be penalized for trying to be prepared and not ordering something at the last minute.Don’t bother going to chat, it just says the same thing over and over, can’t help you even if it is not used or hooked up

I had to buy 3 extra plumbing parts to mate it to my system. Other than that it’s super easy to install and mount. Now just changing the filter will be easy. I use a separate mini faucet the flow is good and water nice and clean. My wife is happy!

I bought this filter thinking about its ease of installation. However, I did not realise that there was no spare part available in the UK. The seller on Amazon has not responded to my question and as a result, the filter is rather worthless. I would not have spent this money on a system that cannot be maintained without going to great expense to import a filter from the US and pay the hight importation taxes and postage charges. It is a bit like buying a cheap printer and then finding you have to fork out huge amounts in ink. I wish I had done better research about maintenance and not just compared products. Happy with it as a filter in itself but not with the end result! Buyer beware.

Un peu moins capé que le Frizzlife sur les normes et avec des raccords pas communs donc passage en magasin de bricolage quasi obligatoire pour les adaptateurs. Mais lui ne fuit pas contrairement au concurrent cité ci dessus. Mauvais goût de l’eau effacé mais pour combien de temps ? Débit diminué mais pas catastrophique, logique avec une filtration si petite en particules. Un pré-filtre de 10 microns à bobine évitera un colmatage rapide de ce genre de cartouche si votre eau est dure et chargées micro résidus. Pas de miracles !
