Great ingredients for stress and mood
They market these stress gummies for teens, but there’s no reason an adult can’t take them also. The three ingredients in this blend all work together perfectly to target stress, cortisol levels, and mood. Some people find them useful to calm and relax before bed to sleep better…that’s the main reason I wanted to try them, and it does work for me in that way. It’s a little more subtle working for sleep than melatonin would be, but I prefer it (melatonin should only be taken short term…long term use can trick your body into stopping the production of it’s own melatonin, which would make you more dependent on taking the supplement). These gummies taste good and are easy to chew. They do contain 3 grams of added sugar. The company seems reputable, and although it doesn’t say, it appears to be a USA made product (the company address is NY).

Not too sweet with hint of bitterness
Gummies were bit sticky so you really have to shake the bottle to separate them. Taste was super sour and it had bitter taste it at the end. But it’s way better than over sweet. It’s worry free with non-gmo, natural flavor, vegan, gluten free, and peanut free.
