L-Theanine, L-Glycine Are considered not safe for pregnancy
Bought this product because it was marketed as SAFE for pregnancy. After looking into what was in the product realized L-Theanine and L-Glycine are actually considered UNSAFE. A simple google search will show you that. Very upset I bought this product without looking into it first. Fortunately I only had half a packet. WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Has changed my sleep!
I’ve had sleep issues for a long time, and this Needed sleep support has changed my life — can confirm it’s “Needed.” All of my friends tried it when we were staying with our friend, and we were instantly obsessed. We all slept so well — I instantly ordered. I love having it warm, and it’s such a nice little treat to have before bed. I can’t wait to continue to use it and sleep like a baby!

Knock it back with coconut water!
This tastes and smells awful BUT I can knock it back like a shot if it’s mixed with coconut water. I do feel like this isn’t worth the money, but I get that it’s got the cleaner ingredients. If I hadn’t already bought a second one bc I forgot to cancel subscribe and save, I’d try something else.

Horrible taste & smell
I work nights half the week and mornings the other half of the week and have been struggling to sleep with my constant changing schedule and being pregnant. I got this and I could barely drink the one, it smells and tastes horrible. I did sleep well once I got it all down, but I cannot make myself drink another, no matter how badly I need the sleep. Wish I could return this as it was pretty expensive.Updated- gave 5 stars based on how quick they got back to me and offered different packs to make up for my dislike with this one, which isn’t their fault. I lost my baby this week and they were incredibly kind and I’m forever grateful. That’s the kind of company I want to buy from. I’ll keep you in mind for the future

I don’t mind paying money if the quality is good BUT, if it smells and tastes so bad that you can’t even consume it, then I have an issue.I feel I just wasted 45.00. They should have put it in capsule form if it was gonna be this bad.
