Mixes with water smoothly
I like to mix this with my unflavored protein powder to get the extra nutrients I need in the day . The flavor is nice on this and it mixes well without getting clumpy . Recommend . I love the mango flavor!

I bought it hoping it would help regulate my cycle and improve overall energy — and after a few weeks, I could genuinely tell the difference.The 40:1 Myo-Inositol ratio is great for women dealing with irregular cycles or mild PCOS symptoms, and the addition of Reducose®, Vitamin D, and Biotin makes it feel like a more complete formula than others I’ve tried. Pretty expensive and doesn’t taste that great
This product sounded great in theory but I just don’t think it’s for me. It’s a powder that you mix into water (or whatever liquid you prefer) and each bag contains 30 doses- per the package, this should be a 30 day supply if taking for hormone support but only a 15 day supply if taking for ovulating/reproductive health. At this price point, a 15 day supply puts this in the very expensive category for me and even at the 30 day supply I still think it’s a lot.On to the actual product… For starters, I don’t like that it comes in a small bag- each time I need to get a scoop, it involves me having to stick my hand in there and the powder gets all over my hand. It does dissolve easily in water but I also found that unless you drink it immediately in one go, it starts to settle again after a few minutes. Luckily, I mixed mine in a water bottle so I just closed it and shook it again. It’s not grainy or anything so the texture was fine but the taste…. The taste just was not for me. I simply did not like it. It’s not the worst thing I’ve ever tasted but it makes my tummy upset. To me it tastes weird and watered down but still strong somehow. I’ve tried to power through and continue taking this even though I strongly dislike the taste but it’s been a struggle. I haven’t noticed anything different either so I’m not so sure it’s worth continuing to take. It says the full effect takes 3-6 months and I’m not sure I want to continue torturing myself for that long.

I’ve been using this for a couple of days now and it’s easy to take and has a pleasant tropical flavor. It feels nice knowing it’s designed to support my cycle regularity and healthy metabolism.The combination vitamin D and biotin makes me feel like I’m taking a thoughtful approach to my health.That said, it’s still very early and I haven’t noticed any major changes yet. Only time will tell if it truly helps with ovulation or hormonal balance.So far, It’s a good option for anyone looking to support their cycle or metabolism naturally, but results may take some time to appear. but from what I’m told, this is a good brand.At the moment, I would definitely recommend this item!
