Feeling the Difference
These probiotics perform just as good as other brands out there (in the non-refriderated tier). I do feel the the pills working their magic in my tummy, and it keeps the bowl movements and such in top performance. A good staple to have in your health regiment.

Smooth Plumbing STAT!
This supplement was something I wanted to try for my gut funk and occasional blockage, combining probiotics, prebiotics, and enzyles. Each dose is an average-sized capsule that was easy to swallow with water. Something within unfortunately causes me a little nausea (coud be the inulin) when I take it without a meal, so I’ve been using it every day after a hearty breakfast to mitgiate the effects.After taking this for a week, I noticed my blockages becoming slightly less intense, with also less ‘bubbly’ feelings down in the basement. Two weeks was when my ‘plumbing’ felt most notably smoother and I wasn’t straining or camping out on the loo as often. By the time I was done with the bottle, I’d say that my plumbing feels about 70-80% what it was when I was 30 years younger. This works!!!

Extreme stomach pain
I took 1 of these first day and was up all night into the next day with horrible stomach pain. I had just received them a s after having been on antibiotics needed to start with probiotics. They’re unreasonable! I will not buy from this co again! Why?

Highly recommend
I was taking something different and had little results. This, in the other hand has noticeable results and exactly what I was looking for. Easy to take with zero side effects for me and while it wasn’t immediate, I noticed that the gas and bloating diminished everyday and then it was smooth sailing from then on. I will definitely be reordering this going forward having tried so many others…. Highly recommend!

I like that these are 3rd party tested for quality/consistency, that’s fairly important with so many garbage supplements out there. I really like the variety of pro-biotic strains, specifically the L. Rhamnosus. I like that the product page also references what each specific pro-biotic strain helps. I love that the pre-biotics are built in, as well as digestive enzymes. I have found these to be very helpful for me after a course of antibiotics, to help me get my gut flora back to ‘normal’
