Melted my stress away in less than a week
Veteran here. If you have high stress, it takes about a week for it to start working but wow.. I wish I would have found this stuff a long time ago. Literally have had bad anxiety probably aggravated by nicotine. Doctors like Dr.Berg say it reduces cortisol levels and they totally sold me on it! Using this to stop nicotine was the best thing that’s happened to me in a long time. If you have high cortisol levels it could be from things like alcohol and nicotine use for some. I take one capsule in the morning and one before bed. With that said just be sure you don’t have kidney or liver problems as it can be a problem and unsafe for some. Great Product, Great Brand, and Great price 👍 Give it a couple weeks to notice a change!

I am not one to take time to write a review, but when a product is good, I make time to share my experience. For a while I have faced issues sleeping and finding a way to relax, tried several things like going to the gym, drinking wine, watching tv, reading a book, writing in a journal, etc. I found this product and decided to give it a try, i havre tried other items of this same brand and the results have been amazing, therefore I made the purchase. This brand is not cheap but worth it. Well all I can say is that I am so happy, I feel rested, I can relax and sleep. Give it a try, you will feel so happy you bought it. One thing it makes me sleepy, the bottle states to take one in the morning and one at night, I do not take the morning pill, I need to feel alert because I need to make a living and go to this thing they call work.
