Amazing Product for PCOS
I’ve been buying Eu Natural inositol capsules for about 2 years now. This go around i decided to buy the powder to try! This profuct is great! I love the convinience of putting the powder into 2 of my drinks a day instead of taking 4 big capsules! Cant even taste the powder and i personally experienced no side effects. I take this supplementwith breakfastand lunch. It takes about 90 days to see full effects on period regulation but i noticed MASSIVE improvements in mood, sleep patters, acne, facial hair and sugar cravings within 3 weeks when I first started taking this inositol product. Pairing this product with a good multi or prenatal vitamin is also a great way to help cycles return regularly!I trust this brand and they have never done me wrong! I had an issue with a quality issue last year on an order through their website and they were quick to respond took care of the issue and replaced the product no problem!

Works well if you’re consistent with 2x daily
Just started my second jar of this so I wanted to give a review. In the 1 month I have been using this, I have noticed the decrease in facial hair growth. I have PCOS and irregular periods, it has not brought on a period yet. But I think we are making good progress. I take this twice a day. When I wake up, I put it in iced coffee. When I am going to bed, I put it in a 16 oz bottle of water. It dissolves very easily and had no taste. I prefer this over the big pills.

Higher dosage than capsules
I like this powder better than the capsules. This powder is a higher dosage than I would get in capsule form. I learned to take the dry powder on a spoon and follow with juice- makes it alot faster to take in the mornings before work. Does not taste bad.

Honestly, I REALLY had high hopes. I saw some changes at first, my period seemed to regulate after the first month of using it. I started slow with just one scoop a day in case of bad side effects, then made it to 2 scoops. The convenience of tasteless powder was a significant plus. 3-4 months later, I haven’t had a period in 2 months and am very much not pregnant.

I chose this specific brand because of the added folic acid and the price for the servings. I’ve been taking it for a month and a half. I was taking it daily for a month straight and then got choppy the last few weeks. I started taking it once a day and then after 2 weeks twice a day but ended up going back to once a day because I was spotting for over a week. It seems to be helping with my PCOS. My body is trying to regulate my cycle and I have noticably less hair loss which I am very excited about! I gave it 4 stars because I only got 50 servings out of it when it says it has 60.

I have pcos and pre diabetic. I put in my smoothies because I’m always worry about the taste. I put in water as well and I don’t taste a difference at all. It’s a good amount you get in this with a little scooper that makes it easy use. It’s equally ratio of vitamin is prefect and was recommended by my doctors. It has no smell to it. It’s worth the cost.

Exactly as advertised
Looks exactly as pictured. I like it put it in my tea. It doesn’t have a flavor but at the same time it has this weird absence of flavor you can somehow taste too. Lol that’s why I put it in my tea. It’s a really fine powder. I was having issues with irregular periods and my most recent cycle was being particularly stubborn. So I got this and it seems to have helped. I finally got my period after almost 3 months late from when I should have a normal one. And I feel like my body is changing on the inside after 2-3 weeks. Hopefully this supplement and my husband’s to get his sperm count up does the trick for us being able to finally have our little miracle baby! ❤️
